Always do something 'adventurous' on my birthday and my 66th was no exception. Couldn't decide which activity to do out of a couple I fancied having a go at so I did both! Had an hour playing with a JCB digger followed by an hour off roading in the Land rover.
Have to commend my instructor Garry for his excellent tuition. Calm, confident, friendly and very clear when explaining something or giving instructions. I immediately felt at ease and had full confidence in his ability to keep me out of trouble while getting the best experience possible.
The vehicles I drove were in really good condition and I had no worries about how safe they were which is a priority when doing anything 'adventurous' The site itself is really nice with toilets, picnic tables and a place to sit indoors too.
I highly recommend Avalance Adventures as I certainly had a birthday to remember.
