I'm a household manager in Buckhead and have just recently used Authentic Hardwood Flooring again. The first time involved them coming out to re-do another companys work. The entire main level of the home had to be redone and they came through with flying colors I'm glad to say. More recently there was a leak with an icemaker that damaged the kitchen floor. The repair and restoration went beyond my expectaions. They were able to replace some of the flooring that was damaged, sand and refinish entire kitchen floor and match stain color perfectly.

I must tell you that the entire team from Ryan, Rudy, Buddy Michael and the owner Mike were 5 star. In fact, the team was recommended to us by a friend and neighbor who absolutely RAVED about the people and the floors. The entire process from moving furniture out to sanding to staining to moving furniture back was made seamless by Rudy and his team who were nice and very professional. We love our floors! The team even spent time giving us input on the stain and after care of our floor.

AHF is incredibly customer oriented! Both Michaels and Ryan are wonderful communicators. Renovations tend to have unexpected challenges and AHF employees listen and reach out to be sure the issues are resolved.
