The educators here are passionate about their work and put their heart into caring for and catalysing the learning, growth and development of the children.
I had reservations about sending my daughter to daycare, but those worries have since vanished. The environment is warm and friendly, and fosters comfort, trust and confidence.
I feel my child is very safe and secure with this centre, she is flourishing and loves spending time with her educators and peers.
I truly couldn’t recommend this centre enough.
My children have been attending this service for years and can honestly say since Kathie, Jess & Emma have taken over management, it has never been better. The team they have built provide my kids with the best care and they are thriving at Chipmonks. Shout out to Mel & Michelle who are such incredible educators who my kids adore. Can not recommend Chipmonks highly enough.
Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. It was the only daycare that we inspected, and we knew we didn’t need to keep looking afterwards. Our little one is so happy and well looked after here. They run so many activities to keep the kids entertained and stimulated.
They’re fantastic with communication as well, and update us regularly about what the kids are up to.

We feel so lucky to have found this daycare! Kathie and Jess and the management team are absolutely amazing! They are so friendly, organised, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the children. The educators are incredible too! They are caring, patient, and full of positive energy. My daughter wakes up so excited to go every day, and it’s obvious that she feels safe, supported, and so happy there. The communication is always clear, and we love seeing how much thought and love goes into everything they do. It’s such a warm, nurturing place, and we feel completely confident leaving our daughter in their care. So grateful to be part of this amazing community! Highly recommend this centre to any family!
After a very unsettled/rocky time period there have been huge improvements with the change over of management. The centre itself is more appealing and bright with lots of artwork and photos of the kids. The staff have been very accommodating with my daughter who often struggles in the mornings with drop offs, giving her little tasks to do to help the educators and make her feel important. They are always willing to have a chat and think of ideas to help settle her easier in the mornings. Kathie in particular is such a lovely human and makes coming in each morning better.
Have been with Aussie Kindies for nearly a year and they have been the most amazing team I’ve found so far! Huge yard facilities and endless cultural learning opportunities. Really wouldn’t want to use another Kindie if I had to! Have helped my kids transition through some hard times and helped me in having some hard times also. The education is wonderful and very hands on and informative! Couldn’t recommend it more 😍
Avoid at all costs! Not a chance I'd be sending my kids here. I pulled mine out after numerous concerns. None of which were taken seriously. They can't keep staff or a cook. Kids have no opportunity to build relationships with educators because it's always changing, endless sickness, concerns raised on safety overlooked. Educators yelling at toddlers, room ratios never correct, babies left alone, tv with cartoons put on instead of interacting with kids. Not to mention they cannot get their billing system right, always having to follow up with no response from the centre over them taking too much out of your account. My kids haven't been there for over a year and the centre taken money out of my account with no correspondence or acknowledgement when I have reached outl
I wouldn't send my dog here tbh. The few good reviews here are also from educators not parents.
The educators are all very friendly and professional, our child loves spending time here and we feel safe knowing the care is excellent. Great outdoor space with plenty to do and inside is is spacious to with plenty to keep the kids busy during those rainy/ cold days. Definitely recommend.
It is wonderful to see the joy from my toddler when he gets to AKF in the morning. The staff are caring and professional. The early learning services have been excellent. He also eats very well! The rooms are bright, clean and spacious, and the outdoor area is large, green and full of fun.
