I needed assistance transporting my child who lives interstate and travelling home for a short holiday, alone and on a very early morning flight. The drive is a minimum 1.5hrs long and she needed to be at the airport at 5am sharp.
Driver Yogi arrived early at 3:15 am, to collect her at 3:30am, he made sure she was greeted and assisted into the vehicle. She was treated and communicated to respectfully and her safety was taken as of paramount importance.
What truly sets this service apart is the care, communication and genuine concern they showed throughout the entire journey.
I was advised the vehicle details and kept informed prior to arrival, when she was collected and when she arrived safely at the airport. Yogi provided the same thoughtful communication and care for her return trip, which gave me so much peace of mind as a parent.
Yogi also took the time to explain exactly where she needed to go for her return airport pick-up and even provided a helpful video that I could pass on to her as a reference.
This extra effort made such a difference and showed just how much they genuinely care about their passengers.
When your child is travelling alone, you naturally worry, but they treated my daughter like she was part of their own family. That level of kindness, patience, safety and compassion is something you cannot put a price on.
