Great experience dealing with Ben and Becky after the side of my car was dented by another vehicle at a motorway service station (!). The car looks fantastic - you would never have thought it had been damaged. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by A.T. Launder Coachworks.
The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, with quick responses to both emails and phone calls.
They normally work on a weekly schedule starting on Mondays, which made the repair process easy to plan.
My Toyota Corolla had several scratches and a dent on the bonnet. After the repair, it looks as good as brand new! My car is finished in Toyota Platinum White Pearl, which can be a challenging colour to match, but they did a fantastic job. The paintwork blends perfectly with the original factory finish, with no noticeable colour difference.
The quotation was also very reasonable for the quality of work provided.
Overall, excellent workmanship, great communication and fair pricing. I would highly recommend A.T. Launder Coachworks!

Thank You Barbara, we are glad to hear you are happy with your repair.
I was met, and greeted with a friendly smile the moment I arrived. No searching for someone who calls 'be with you in a minute'. But isn't.
A letter-headed, detailed quote sent ready to be forwarded to the insurance company. Not scrawled on a torn off page from a grubby duplicate book.
I was notified when the car was ready, days ahead of the schedule. Not 'sometime next week sweetheart, give us a call'.
A. T. Launder Coachworks have just gained yet another happy customer who will recommend them wholeheartedly for their accomplished workmanship and exemplary customer service.

I left the car with them early on Monday Morning and it was ready for me to collect at around midday on Friday.

Fantastic repair and outstanding service!
I can’t recommend A. T. Launder Coachworks highly enough. They did an absolutely fantastic job repairing the dent in the boot of my Tesla. The quality of the repair is outstanding. You genuinely can’t tell there was ever any damage. As a private hire driver, my car is my livelihood. So, I needed the repair completed as quickly as possible. Ben and the team understood exactly how important that was and turned it around in just a day and a half. I was truly impressed by both the speed and the quality of the work. The workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. The repair is completely invisible and my car looks as good as new. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Ben, Becky and the team for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend A. T. Launder Coachworks to anyone who needs body work repairs.
