Asphalt Advanced Services Reviews

Needing your parking lot repaired, painted or upgraded? These guys excel at making sure your expectations are met. Our school parking lot got a much -needed makover during the summer. Even with Summer Camp taking place, they made sure to complete the job in a timely manner on the weekends to avoid traffic control. They were also very professional in completing a few additional follow-up requests that were made in tandem with the initial service.

We live in a small gated community with many people, cars, and pets and close proximity. This team was on top of it! They were courteous and helpful and polite in every way. Dave was particularly helpful to me personally I’m more than one occasion ensuring that I could get in and out of my garage, where to park even move the cones so I can get back in my garage! Well done guys!

Great work and nice people Matt came out within a day to do the estimate, and he and his crew were able to come back within a week to do the work. They did a great job, great attention to detail - the driveway itself looks great and there's no black stuff on anything adjacent to the driveway. I will use their services again in the future!

Very detailed preparation for job…dirt removal from edge of asphalt, edging, filled in cracks to include 2” wide gap between concrete garage floor and beginning of asphalt with sand then sealant. Spread coating meticulously from garage door to street and placed a barrier for vehicles at end of driveway. Couldn’t be more pleased with the job. Definitely recommend!

Matt and his co-worker did a great job sealing cracks and our asphalt driveway. They took their time trimming vegetation along the sides of the driveway before they started sealing, protected sensitive vegetation from overspray and double-sealed the driveway. They were thorough and efficient.
