Got a repair man in 2 hours!! I was expecting a few days. Repair man was polite, quick, and thorough.

I called at 9:00. The installation was completed at 2:15. In addition to installing a new garage door opener, the installer adjusted the tension on the spring, making the door much lighter and quieter to open. There was a little difficulty when the installer arrived. He didn’t speak English very well and gave a different company name. And I was a bit confused about the options available to me. Once we worked through the communication, I understood what I was buying and the price being charged. I could have gone to a big box store to buy a garage door opener and pay for installation. That might have saved some money, but the project would have taken a week or two to complete. To me, there is value in getting the project finished quickly. There is also value in the quality of workmanship. At the end of the day, they earned a 5-star review. The installer arrived quickly and carried himself as a professional. He focused on the work and left a clean worksite. Most importantly, his workmanship could not have been better.

Ok what a surprise!. Yesterday after calling another Conroe Garage Door Service and getting "that feeling" after saying they would charge me $167 to just show up and MAYBE be able to fix my Garage Door problems. I decided to Call ASAP (I like that name) Garage Door Service of Conroe. FROM THE VERY START: 1) I asked to talk to the owner to check them out and verify ALL the 5-Star ratings. Keny a nice lady said she would try to accomadate me but the owner was fully scheduled for today but she was super nice and said she could put me on the schedule for the day and I could talk to a Garage Door Technician and make my decision then to come out 2) A short time later a nice young man named Trey called and said he could forward my appt. time earlier,I said ok. They were trying hard. 3) BEFORE my appt time of 12pm a nice young VERY INFORMATIVE young man named Michael called and I felt very good about this company even more than I had after talking to him. 4) Michael came (WITH ALL THE PARTS NECESSARY) and accessed in a very detail way but in a short time ALL THINGS GARAGE DOOR. I was impressed. We thought at first it would be a quick fix and not much cost BUT it turned out my 17 year old MOTOR was shot and not adjustable. So a long story short in about ONE HOUR (1) Michael took down the old garage door opener and installed an updated State of the Art (digital) Garage Door Opener for a very reasonable price,and even worked with me on the price which I greatly appreciated. Michael helped train me patiently while I took notes on the front of the new manual. Michael was great and didn't get annoyed when I came out every 20 minutes or so to look at his progress..AND he was very accomadative with all my little requests...The only thing wrong with this rating is I CANNOT GIVE 10 STARS!.........People out there this is an old fashion/new equipment company that is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE...After my experience which was from start to finish about 6 hours ON THE SAME DAY!....I can say I am truly I am impressed and I don't get impressed easily especially with house repairs. Simply put you can relax and trust this company for your Garage Door problems. Thanks to the WHOLE COMPANY. Well done!

The worker they sent was very honestly, trustworthy, and good vibes and energy! Helped me out with my garage door that fell off the rails after this recent tropical storm flooding in RP.
