We would like to share our very positive experience with AR Windows. We previously had 2 x VELUX windows installed as part of a kitchen extension. In part due to poorly fitted tiles, we experienced some rain water damage (mold and rot) to our window frames. AR Windows were happy to give advice about our problem and we agreed that full replacements was the best option. The guys turned up on time and worked hard and accurately to install the new windows and frames promptly and properly. They also trimmed back the tiles so that there was a better fit adjacent to the window units. Job done - many thanks and highly recommended from us. K&A in High Wycombe.

I initially spole to Tara who organised a quote for a replacement velux window. She then honoured the quote months later when we were ready to proceed. Engineer arrived on time and did an excellent job. We also had a service completed for the other windows, and we were very happy.

AR Windows fixed our Velux roof windows when the motor stopped working and fitted external heat blocking blinds. Jordan was very friendly and efficient. Docked one star because it took quite a lot of emails to get things arranged and for the invoice to be sent through. But if you're not in a hurry and are prepared to be a bit persistent, it's fine!
Excellent service from start to completion for recent replacement of two Velux windows. Timely responses from initial engagement with great product knowledge and feedback.

Possibly make it clear on your website that you are not doing new installs for Velux windows. Wasted a few days to find this out as not answering any calls or emails. Update in reply to your response - you told me you don’t do new installs. If the size requested wasn’t the one in line with Velux sizes, you could’ve just offer an alternative, like other companies did. Sadly, your loss!
Update - answering to your reply, you did not tell me you don't do that size, you told me you don't take new installs! No alternatives were offered anyway. Not professional!

In your case the Velux window you want (40cm wide) isn’t manufactured by Velux, which is why we weren’t able to proceed. We understand how disappointing that can be.

AR Windows provided an excellent service. From helpful advice and spot-on ordering to a quality, mess-free installation. Jordan and Matt were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and our rooms were spotless. Thank you to Tara in the office for co-ordinating our order and rescheduling when we needed to change the date. We are thrilled with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AR Windows.
