We purchased our first building from Arts 2 years ago. That process was fairly smooth and any issues were resolved professionally and quickly.
This time around, I had quite a time with Taylor and James. Taylor completely blew me off and sent me a quote that was nothing like the building I had inquired about. I felt like I had to chase her down and bother her to get a response. When I told her that I was upset about wasting my time, she told me she'd have a manager call me. I didn't receive a call but the more I thought about my experience, the more frustrated I got so I called to speak to a manager. James (the manager)was off the charts rude, unprofessional, combative, and absolutely out of line when I attempted to tell him about my 2nd experience with Arts prime steel.
I hung up the phone and wanted nothing to do with this company!
I had left a 1 star review and contacted SEVERAL other companies because no matter what, we need 2 more buildings. After a few days of my review being posted, Art himself reached out to us directly. It was an absolutely smooth, no stress, easy process! His integrity is top-notch! He actually cares about his business and his customers.
We ended up purchasing both buildings from Arts again and we are very excited to have them built and add pictures to this review!

This company does not communicate. Did not provide the drawings needed for a permit. Customer service and management is difficult to deal with. I do not recommend using them. They will take your money and not deliver. We CANNOT have anything installed without permits. We CANNOT request permits without proper drawings. We have asked but they haven't been provided. At this point, we have no faith in your company.
7/31/26: You have been told that we never received the drawings we paid $400 for. Without the drawings, we cannot obtain permits. Without permits, your company or the contractor, cannot install.

Couldn't be more satisfied with my building from Arts PrimeSteel Structures, from the first phone call to get me started to the last call to make sure everything was up to my standards. Once the weather broke and I was able to get the slab poured Arts guys verified i was ready to go, I'll admit i was a little standoffish about the 30 day installation from when the concrete was ready but they proved me wrong with 2 weeks to spare. So if you or anyone you know needs a building or any type of steel structure make sure to give Arts a call. If Art happens to be busy no worries Mandy will be standing by to help with anything you need.

I'm loving my new metal building. I'm highly impressed with Art's Prime Steel customer service. Chuck was sales rep and he was awesome. He was patient with the many changes I made to the design. After placing the order, Chuck touched base with me when it was time for the building to be installed. All the guys at Art's was great to work with. My installers were Daniel, Martin and Kevin... and let me say this guys went above and beyond with my install. They insure everything was perfect.. striking a chalk line for every row of screws to making sure the trim flowed seamlessly. A very satisfied customer here!!

I built this building online with art back in 2023 and personal things happened and wasn't able to build the build. After all this time. Art still honored the price plus also credited my deposit towards the building after 3 years. Listening your in the market for a building. No need to go or deal with anyone else. Arts prime steel.
