My partners Transit had an issue with leaking coolant - he called Arches, and they were able to squeeze it in straight away to be looked at. Part was ordered and van was fixed the next day! Brilliant service, getting him back on the road asap. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks for squeezing it in and getting him back on the road.

Great service with friendly helpful staff. Been coming to this garage for the last 9 years would not go anywhere else. They give advice and do not overcharge. I would thoroughly recommend.

Been using this garage for a few years now! Absolutely brilliant! I know nothing about cars! But they know lots! You get great service by a great team and kept fully informed of all the work being carried out and advised if a repair will Be needed in the future! They’re priced right the service is right the staff are right and I truly believe they look after me! They look after my husband work vans for him(he does know about cars) and he would say the same, great knowledge from Vinny the owner and the girls in the office are friendly and knowledgeable! Won’t go anywhere else now! They pick up my car MOT it bring it back and drop it off at my door! Can’t say fairer than that! So thanks Team Arches! You’ve a loyal customer I’m my family!

Found this garage a few years ago now after my old mechanic retired. From initial contact I found Sharon and Sara friendly, courteous and professional. Vinny offers good advice and up to now I've never been steered wrong with what's needed. They offer a good professional timely service and good explanations of what's needed or been done. They've even picked up our cars when we've been struggling for time to get there and/oret me drop off not before. So far they've looked after my wife's Landy, my Jag and now Kuga. Good family run firm

Excellent garage, used it many times, took my Mustang in for it's MOT and while there had my wheels aligned also, left it with them, got a call by dinner time by the friendly and very competent reception team (Sarah) saying it's all done,good staff and mechanics, reasonable prices, definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting any work needed or just advice with problems with their car.👍

Absolutely the best garage around 🙌 we’ve been using the arches for a few years now and they have always sorted things out, all the staff are lovely. They are an excellent garage I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you need a vehicle problem sorted then the arches is the place to go!!

Last week the owner, Vinny, collected my car as I had a problem with my clutch and was having a full service. Within a couple of hours Vinny rang to tell me it was the mastercylinder and they'd replace it. I had my car back the day after, running perfectly. Couple of days later he rang to ask if everything ok. I cannot fault this garage. Kept fully informed of price and time expected. Will definitely be using this garage in future

Fantastic customer experience. Who said customer service was a thing of the past. Took my motor home for an MOT a couple of small jobs taken care of with no fuss.
