I had surgery with Dr. Aghayan in June and am now four months post-op. My surgery went smoothly, and pain was minimal. I didn’t need prescription pain med and only took ibuprofen. I was even able to walk 10k steps within the next few days. My scars have also healed beautifully. Dr. Aghayan was honest, professional, and collaborative throughout the process. I chose the implant size, and he recommended the profile to achieve my desired natural, “Pilates body” aesthetic. The office is clean, the staff is super friendly, and I especially appreciate the multiple post-op follow-up visits. I have friends who had surgery in LA and only received one follow-up, so the continued care has been a huge plus. My only regret is not scheduling surgery in the winter and saving a little longer for Preservé implants, both of which Dr. Aghayan suggested. Looking back, I wish I had taken his advice so I could have enjoyed more of my summer. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. I appreciate the personalized care, beautiful healing, and honest guidance. I’ll definitely recommend Dr. Aghayan to my friends and family, and I plan to return to Apres for a mommy makeover in the future.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my surgeon! My mom and I both had breast surgery with him, and he was so kind and easy to talk to. After we were out of recovery at the surgery center, he gave each of us flowers, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also personally checked in the next day to see how we were doing. Those little things meant so much and made the experience feel really personal. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I’m so grateful we chose him and would absolutely recommend him!

Dr. A and his entire team are so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I went in for a BA/BL consult but he redirected to make sure I look and feel my best self - which meant making sure I was closer to my goal weight before doing the surgery. He could have just moved forward with my plan and I’d more than likely be back for a revision or even additional surgeries (hello, more money for him!) but instead, he listened and we will be back for a do-over consult in a few months. So happy with my experience so far!

Where do I even start?! Dr. Aghayan and his entire team are phenomenal! From my very first consultation, I was incredibly impressed. The office is beautiful and comfortable, and while that might not seem relevant, to me it speaks to an eye for design and attention to detail—which matters, especially in this profession! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Dr. Aghayan took the time to answer all of my questions (of which there were many), walk me through my options, and make sure I felt completely comfortable and understood everything clearly. I had previously consulted with two other surgeons in the area and felt rushed. This was a completely different experience. After meeting with Dr. Aghayan and his team, the decision became incredibly easy. I ultimately chose the Motiva Preservé breast augmentation because I was really drawn to the new implant technology, the less invasive approach, and the philosophy of preserving as much of my natural anatomy as possible. Dr. Aghayan was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel confident that I was making the right choice for me. I’ll be honest—I was nervous going into surgery because.. well.. I don’t particularly like surgery. 😆 But the entire experience was SO much easier than I anticipated. The team at the surgery center was also incredibly friendly and supportive. I immediately felt like I was in good hands, and they took so much of my fear away. The surgery seemed to go by in a flash, and when I woke up, I was completely coherent and felt totally normal. No grogginess, no pain, and honestly, just an incredible experience overall. I’m only a few hours post-op, so I know my breasts will continue to settle and change as I heal, but I’m already very happy with the results! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, a better outcome, or a better team. Dr. Aghayan and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. I very sincerely and highly recommend them! ❤️🍒✨

I am 8 weeks post breast lift and augmentation. To say I am happy is an understatement! Prior to seeing Dr Aghayan I had consulted with 2 other surgeons. After my consultation with the first surgeon I felt defeated. I was told that what I wanted was unrealistic and I basically needed to settle for what they felt was best for me. The second surgeons consultation was better, and after I had explained what I wanted they referred me to Dr Aghayan! At my first consultation with Dr Aghayan, I immediately felt at ease. He patiently listened to me as I tried explaining what I was envisioning my “perfect breasts” would look like. He explained to me the different approaches to surgery and what he recommended for my body type and my lifestyle. He then took several pictures and showed me a 3d rendering of what my results would be like. I felt so incredibly comfortable and very informed about all my options as well as the risks involved. I’m very happy with my results following a breast lift and reduction as well as 360 waist Lipo. I previously struggled with breast asymmetry, which has now completely been fixed and a volume that feels right for me. I went from E to C/D cups with very minimal scarring and natural look. I had the absolute best experience! Dr Aghayan was so knowledgeable and willing to take on my very asymmetrical breast. He spent a ton of time with me prior to my surgery to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted, all my worries were addressed and I felt I was definitely making the right decision with choosing him to do my procedure. I was even able to see a 3d imagine of what my breast would look like after surgery and it was spot on with my results. I had a few consults prior with other doctors and they did not compare.
