3 years ago, GradRight helped me to make my dream come true through their guidance and suggestions in making my financial decisions when I planned on coming to Canada for my studies. It was done really well and i completed my studies and started working. I thought their job is done and now I'm not their customer anymore. But to my surprise, they kept track of my study status and by the time my loan was about to mature, they suggested another great deal of refinancing my loan with a different lender at a much better rate of interest. Shilpa Rawal, she was my coordinator throughout the process and her clear communication, respect for the time zone difference between India and Canada, understanding my concerns, solving my problems related with banks and her responsiveness is commendable. "Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Experience" ​I was contacted by Mahitha regarding a refinance inquiry, and the level of customer service was appalling. When I simply asked for details on the terms, conditions, and process in writing before getting on a call, she replied with complete arrogance, saying, "if you want, take it, otherwise leave it." ​An advisor should be calm, responsible, and supportive—especially when dealing with students navigating financial decisions. This kind of rude attitude and lack of basic courtesy shows that they do not care about helping people once the process starts. If you cannot explain options professionally and treat clients with respect, you shouldn't be in this role. Highly disappointing.
