Great experience, would recommend. Bob handled everything with my insurance company. A tree fell on my house and did damage to roof and gutters. They did a fantastic job despite the 100 degree temperatures. When the roofers were finished with the job , there wasn’t a trace of debris in my yard. Bob called the next to fill me in on the work that had been done. Excellent experience, would recommend.

Terrible service and poor workmanship Avoid Apple Roofing at all costs. For the amount of money involved, the level of service I received was completely unacceptable. Communication was terrible from start to finish. Promises made during the sales process were not kept, and getting clear answers or updates was nearly impossible. The crew showed up unannounced with zero notice, didn’t knock, and began working without informing anyone. No attempt was made to communicate what was happening on my own property. The workmanship and cleanup were just as bad. Nails were left scattered across my driveway and yard—posing a real risk to my vehicles, tires, and anyone walking through the area. On top of that, there was visible damage to my fascia that was never addressed. For a company handling high-cost insurance jobs, this level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. This experience felt disorganized, rushed, and careless from beginning to end. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere—this was not worth the cost, the hassle, or the risk.

They also thoughtfully put my patio furniture back in place. This crew truly cares about their work and their customers!

Honesty and expertise you can trust I initially contacted Apple Roofing, thinking I needed a full roof replacement after discovering a leak. Another company had already quoted me a costly $15,000 replacement. However, Apple’s inspector impressed me by spending nearly an hour thoroughly evaluating my roof. He found that it had another 5–7 years of life left and pinpointed the actual issue—a small flashing problem near my chimney. They fixed it for a minor fee instead of pushing unnecessary work, saving me thousands. Their honesty and professionalism were so refreshing, and I’ll absolutely trust them again when I do need a replacement. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an honest, reliable roofer!

Fast response during a leak I woke up to water dripping in my bedroom during a heavy midnight rain. I called Apple Roofing first thing in the morning, and they had a guy out by noon. They did a temporary patch to stop the damage before the next storm hit. A few days later, they came back to do the permanent, professional repair. They saved my ceiling from being ruined and didn't overcharge for the rush. I am so grateful for their fast action and fair pricing.

Apple Roofing was so wonderful to work with!!! The gentleman who initially came to the house for the estimate was so knowledgeable. He sat down with us and helped us pick out exactly what we needed. We had a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them! The crew came and worked very thoroughly and quickly. Our roof looks great!! My husband and I are very happy with it!! My insurance company took forever for the rest of my payment to Apple Roofing. Matt was very understanding about it and worked with us. I appreciated the communication with Matt, and this company as a whole, so much!! Anytime I needed to talk to them, I got a call back from the company the same day. I was able to make the final payment yesterday. (Yay!) I will say our entire experience was 10/10. Thanks you guys!!!

Shane came out to inspect the roof advise on proper ventilation on a house I recently purchased. I really appreciate his knowledge and honesty. Roof was good and advice was to watch for problems with venting since we don't know enough about the house yet- he explained what to watch for. It's nice he didn't try to sell vents that may not be needed. He even sealed a couple of nail heads while he was up there. I will definitely give him a call when I need work done!

Not only did the workers inspect around the property after the completion of work but then the project manager came over after that and walked around and inspected all of the work by doing a walk through with my husband.
