I was hesitant at first due to the overwhelming door knockers trying to sell a roof job. However, I was very fortunate to have Stetson as my claims estimator. He was so patient with me as he took much time to help me understand Apples processes and point out many details of damage that others failed to mention which would have cost me alot of additional money. Max was able to pull a piece of siding off my house, found out it was discontinued and got all new siding for my house approved with the insurance company instead of the small repair they were offering! What a godsend!

I haven't left a review in a long time, but Stetson was worth taking the time. We had hard time with our insurance company not covering our detached garage that had hail damage but once he got involved, everything was fully approved and I couldn't be happier. He maintained a very high level of professionalism, punctuality, and friendliness. Most roofing contractors kinda give me the ick, but I felt very comfortable with Stetson. I look forward to our new roof and will recommend him and Apple in the future.

Maxwell came out to do an inspection and noticed a big hole in our roof. He patched it right there on the spot for free and then helped us make our claim. No complaints here!

After the tornado hit, I was overwhelmed with the damage. Apple roofing was kind enough to work around my schedule and start the process to get me a new roof! The adjuster sent this tall skinny guy Maxwell who looked like he had never been on top a roof a day in his life. I was skeptical to say the least. He did a thorough job, spent quality time and took a plethora of photos showing all the damage. I felt comfortable with the quote provided, fair deal all around. I recommend Apple roofing to anyone in the area who was affected by this recent storm

I’ve had storm chasers knocking on my door every day since our last hail storm trying to be pushy and have me sign paperwork. Maxwell came by did a free inspection. Helped me file the claim, and was not pushy at all. It was nice knowing that they have a local office and their partnered with the insurance company gave me the peace of mind to go with them since then the experience has been great.
