I had a great experience with Apple Roofing. After having a few concerns after the initial inspection, Robert sent Ben out to inspect those areas. Ben was awesome! They did a full roof replacement, replaced the fascia around my windows, and installed a new gutter downspout. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond! and even replaced the Chimney they noticed had needed repair. I highly recommend Apple Roofing! Thank you for making the entire process smooth and stress free!

A tree fell on my roof doing damage to my roof and gutters. Bob took care of everything with my insurance company. They came out and replaced the damaged shingles and replaced boards that were rotten . The team worked in 100 degree temperatures to complete the job ,14 hours . I highly recommend this company. Outstanding job Apple roofing !

I can't say enough about Blake Makela at Apple Roofing — he was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. As a single parent with a 1920s home, I had never filed an insurance claim before and felt completely overwhelmed going into the process. I worried about delays and months of unfinished work. Blake put my mind at ease immediately. He walked me through everything patiently, welcomed every question I had, and his experience working with insurance companies gave me total confidence. The tornado and hailstorm hit on March 10th — by March 25th I had a brand new roof, and new gutters and siding were completed by April 18th. The turnaround was incredible. Everyone I've encountered from Apple has been friendly, eager to be of service and knowledgeable. My most frequent interaction was with Ben Standley. He is quite experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to be of service. Everything worked wonderfully. He identified the problem, patched the pieces that needed to be done. Within days he delivered the supplies and was going to come and get pictures of the work completed today. This morning He texted me and said the technical group had identified a better match to the color of my roof said match and he would be dropping off the supply shortly. He added he will be back when the work is complete and take pictures. This entire process, from my contacting Travelers to interacting with Ben, was less than two weeks, and I would like to let you know that this has been an excellent relationship. I realize it wasn't a major repair and I'm thankful for that, but my experience was absolutely incredible. I would recommend your company to anyone who needed roofing done. Sharon Ertel weeks.

I worked with the regional director Bob Baldwin. I let him know that I had a tree fall on my house. He was a calming presence in my time of need. I have never been in this situation before and didn’t know what to do. Bob was empathetic with me and was able to get someone over to my house in 30 minutes to address my situation. He and the Apple Roofing team treated me like family. Did the repair for a great price, but more importantly did even better high quality work. I can not recommend them enough.
