Since my operation 8 weeks ago I had a very slow recovery until I started seeing Alena 4 weeks ago. She has worked so hard to get me walking and my knee bending more, even though I have been very nervous she has reassured me the whole way and is now the only person I trust with my knee progress. She has really pushed me and believed in me, which has been rewarding!

Excellent and thorough support and service from Aleena following a major sub-scapularis shoulder re-attachment. I was told that recovery would take a minimum of 3-6 months, but Aleena pushed me as hard as I allowed, and ensured I was on track with regular follow-ups. This meant that I was back playing golf after 3 months and the recovery has been excellent. Highly recommended.
Great experience with Ralph! He really knows his stuff and helped me recover from a shoulder injury in just four weeks. Professional, knowledgeable and really easy to deal with. Would highly recommend!
Helped my son with a back problem. Explained everything so we both understood the cause and what he needs to do to stop the problem reoccurring. My son noticed a huge improvement after the first visit and have the second he is back playing golf.

When I first visited the clinic I was in poor shape and worried that I’d reached the end of my working life. With Aleena’s expert guidance and attention I have a new lease of life. The exercises were exactly what I needed to repair my physical health (you have to follow the program!)
I highly recommend this clinic! It was my first visit, and I am truly impressed by the level of professionalism. The physiotherapist conducted a very thorough interview and examination, which helped me understand exactly where my problem stems from. The therapy itself was carried out with great sensitivity, and I felt significant relief upon leaving the clinic. At the end, I received clear recommendations and exercises to do at home. Pure professionalism and a fantastic approach to the patient!

I started attending Apollo in Bexley after getting my cast off from a broken wrist and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care. When the cast first came off, my wrist felt stiff, weak, and unusable. Aleena took the time to thoroughly assess my range of motion and gave me a clear, step-by-step home exercise plan (on a handy app). She explained every movement, monitored my progress closely, and safely pushed me when I was ready for light strengthening. Aleena was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns about pain or tight spots and adjusted things as I healed. Thanks to Aleena’s guidance, I’ve regained my mobility and confidence using my wrist and hand again. I would highly recommend both Aleena and Apollo to anyone looking for physiotherapy.
Aleena was amazing, she got right to the problem I had in my legs & gave me lots of advice not only exercises but classes I should attend to help with my pain, would highly recommend Aleena & Apollo clinics.
I went to the Apollo Clonic after having a total knee replacement. Aleena was great. She explained everything very clearly and went through all the exercises. She was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with her approach. I would definitely recommend her

Aleena is extremely knowledgeable and has been professional, and supportive throughout the treatment. She answered any queries and helped me significantly with my knee issue by working on pain points and developing a tailored programme that strengthened and lengthened surrounding muscles. This helped to improve the flexibility of my muscles, which has made a noticeable difference to my mobility and overall comfort. I am very grateful for her help.

Aleena has been so helpful and knowledgable on my sciatica journey. Each week we work on exercise and stretches to help strengthen my lower back and core. So far m, so good!
My daughter attended with a dance injury, really great experience, physiotherapist was very knowledgeable, and has put a plan in place, I am very confident she will be on the road to recovery with the help of Apollo clinics,
I was having trouble with my bicep and tendons linking the lower arm. Aleena was excelllent found the issue straight away explained it and built a plan for me, with stretches and exercises on an app to do at home. Highly recommend

The first thing I noticed was how beautiful & calming the space was. A lovely clinic.
I was seen on time. Apoorva was friendly & professional. She explained what she was doing & how it would affect me & gave me some stretching excersises to do at home. I have an ongoing health issue & intend to continue my phsio with Apoorvas support.
