The place smells great, looks clean, and has great atmosphere! Good quality stuff, too. It was nice meeting the two kind gentlemen inside and getting help picking out disposables. I don't smoke much but this place seems like lots of fun to hang out at.

Walked in with two associates of mine to an empty Fyre Hookah, to give it a shot from our usual spots, since we live nearby. After ordering the most expensive options mind you, we sat down and a few minutes later the kid working the desk comes up to us and says we can only have one hookah per 2 people and that his boss is watching the camera. Our third associate wasn’t there to smoke and was just there to meet with us. He said if we didn’t want another hookah we can buy a cigar for $12. All good. We agreed to order the cigar, but he still wasn’t going to smoke it, so the kid continued on with “my boss is watching, you have to smoke it if you want to stay here”. So at that moment we decided to get up and go. The idea of a business is to make money, I’d know, I own three of my own. I’m not about the customer is always right, because they’re not. But that service was pitiful to say the least. I’m buying your most premium hookah option and a cigar so my friend can “stay”, yet “he has to smoke it” “you don’t have hookah etiquette”. I’m middle eastern, hookah is in my blood. I also am friends with the owners of the 4 major hookah spots in Phoenix. Our fault for trying to give this establishment a chance, clearly they don’t want to make money. We will not be back and will be spreading the word on our experience.

We had Robert the first 4 times here and service was prompt and friendly. He was great with the hookahs, coals, and snack/tea area. We came back specifically bc of the experience with him. Unfortunately, we had some less than savory interactions with another employee that showcases a lack of basic hookah knowledge and included him trying to sell me shisha tobacco that was 2+ years expired. This may be down to a new employer, but it should be corrected. Our 5th time at this location, we were waited on by the second employee, who did not make one of the hookas as it was ordered and served them both with barely lit coals. Once the coals were going enough to smoke, I realized the flavor was off and asked if i could correct it. I was refused, and the employee did not offer to correct it himself. The employee specified that I needed to buy a new bowl as nothing was wrong with the one he made. People make mistakes and that is completely okay, but not owning up to them is not okay. As someone who has smoked the same 50/50 mix of AlFakher rose and mint almost every single day for the last 12 years, I am well aware of what that mix tastes like. My last hookah here tasted of full rose, which is extremely different. The proportions may have been wrong or the shisha just not mixed up so only rose was on top to meet the coals - no way to tell from the customer side. But the fix is simple: remake the head.
