They completed the work within a tight deadline and the end product was beautiful. Rohan guided us through the project from A to Z whether it be planning out when to do what, how to stay within budget and where to source materials. He was always a phone call away and would meet regularly to keep us updated and to suggest ideas and improvements. I would definitely recommend them for any of your house renovation projects.

Recently we had our entire House Floors and Wall Paint done. We did Hardwood Floors upstairs, Stairs and Porcelain tiles throughout downstairs. A & R Contractors staff were wonderful. As a new homeowner, I couldn’t be happier with the work Rohan and Rolando did transforming my bathroom earlier this year. They replaced the floor, toilet, vanity, sink valves, bathtub, and wall tiles where needed. Within 30 days, I had minor leaks from the toilet and sink, but Rolando responded immediately and resolved everything within a day at no additional cost. Their commitment to standing by their work really stood out. What truly impressed me was how they handled a tough situation with my building’s management. I live in a 200-unit building from the 1960s, and management tried to hold me responsible for leaks affecting lower floors. Rohan and Rolando calmly explained and showed the superintendent that the issue was due to the building’s aging pipes—not my bathtub drain—and they were absolutely right. I'm incredibly grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality work. I’ll definitely be calling them again to redo my kitchen!

Rohan did a full kitchen remodel for us which went flawlessly, thanks to him and his team's resourcefulness and skills. They were great, timely, prompt and courteous throughout the job and kept us regularly informed of what was going on. Any job, big or small, I'll hire this crew any day without a 2nd thought. Rohan helped me with painting my apartment and changing the closet doors. Rohan’s crew showed up on time daily and did very good work. The job was completely to above my expectation. Rohan was always a phone call away and very helpful in selecting the closet doors and ordering all the materials needed for the work. I would highly recommend him.

A&R Constructions remodeled our kitchen - tiles, cabinets, created more space etc. We are deeply pleased with the timeliness of the project and overall workmanship. The guys came on-time every single day and always cleaned up after them before leaving. Only once did we have a situation due to communication gap, though they were professional and accommodated the request. They are an honest bunch. Would definitely recommend.

Rohan was exceptional in a full condo remodeling work for me at Paulus Hook. He went far above and beyond what I had originally anticipated, but by the end I got so used to it that I kept getting more and more work done through him. He is an incredibly driven, detail and communication oriented guy and that is a set of very valuable attributes to have.
