Andressi Pools is the BEST! Very knowledgeable and A+ for Communication. Bob personally gave me his word he would cut the liner out around our stairs since it was done carelessly in the past. The new liner he suggested looks AMAZING! I had an issue with the returns that were blowing bubbles and Bob suggested replacing the o-rings in the pump. Fixed! Bob is the greatest guy. Doesn't rush you through like your just a number. Once you work with him you'll understand how he is so different from the other pool contractors. He puts his all into everything and every little detail. He takes pride in what he does. It's hard to find contractors like that. Thanks for all your help and for all you've done! I wish I found you 15 years ago!
We are so impressed with Bob and his crew! Bob kept to his schedule, answering all of our questions and the professional workmanship is amazing! So happy we chose Bob to replace our liner and will be recommending him to our family and friends!
Had Andressi Pool install a new liner in our 18 x 36 in ground pool this spring. They gave me a very good quote, compared to the competition. They came out and measured when they said they would, gave me a date that they would have the liner, gave me a date they would install the liner. They hit every date and did the job too perfection! I could not be happier with the results, thank you for restoring my faith in service in Rochester! I would highly recommend and have Andressi Pool
John, I appreciate your kind words. Love your comment about restoring faith in service companys. Unfortunetely, there's a lot of bad ones out there.

5 stars are not enough for the level of communication, skill, humor, reliability, pricing, honesty Bob gives his clients!! Hands down BEST CONTRACTOR I've ever worked with! From day one he called me back and continued to keep in touch, answered all my questions without rushing me, explained things in detail, showed up or called when he said he would, did an excellent job at an excellent price !!!!
( everyone else wanted way more. He was so respectful to us and its clear his employees adore him.Just a good honest kind man. I called many pool liner contractors and one of the Big names actually said to me..."Bob Andressi is your man, hes got a excellent reputation, he knows what he's doing and that price he gave you can't be beat". And of course they were too busy with installs to book me, but boy was I glad I called, cause when a big name recommends someone you better listen! I've never been happier with a service I contracted. Perfection start to finish! He also didnt charge us more for the shape of our pool,, kidney, and everyone else wanted more. And the liner is gorgeous! Can't wait to.open the. Pool next summer and enjoy it!. Thank you Bob, I wish you could do all of our home repairs..lol. can we clone you? Lol. And i never met Bob before this experience, but I'm one HAPPY CUSTOMER! thank goodness there is still Good people left in this world.
Thanks Jeff! Please reach out to us if you need anything in the future.

I highly recommend Andressi Pools for your pool liner replacement project. Not only were they the best price around, but incredibly knowledgeable, on time, responsive with communication and made sure we understood every step of the process. I can’t say enough! We’re so excited to open our pool next summer with a beautiful new liner!
Fantastic communication regarding the process/cost of replacing a liner for our inground pool. We ultimately had to make the tough decision to have the pool removed due to other complicating factors, but I highly recommend this company just based on their commitment to clearly explaining everything, including a very fair quote for the job.
Highly recommend Bob at Andressi pool. had a serious wrinkle problem in my pool, Bob came out identified the issue and made recommendations to prevent in the future. Bob was able to get me in the schedule earlier than planned, and when we had an issue from the manufacturer on the original liner, i texted Bob the pictures over the weekend, and received a call from Bob on Monday notifying me that he had already re-ordered a new liner and came out and replaced and it looks beautiful.
I could say much more, but highly recommend, you wont be disappointed. And no, i didnt get paid for this, nor receive a discount for this review either...just good work.
10/10 would recommend Andressi pools. They made the whole process of replacing our in-ground pool liner easy. They provided great service in a timely manner! 😊
I can't recommend Bob and the Andressi Pool & Spa team enough. Always prompt in returning my calls (which as everyone knows is a rarity today) and attentive in all aspects of customer service. If you're in the market for a new inground pool liner or safety cover, Bob should be your first call.
Thanks Brent! Me and the guys had a wonderful time replacing your pool liner and if there is anything you need in the future please reach out to us.

Bob delivered exactly what he promised at nearly half the cost of the other two sky-high quotes from his competitors, and with a higher quality liner than they offered. Bob came out and precisely measured our custom shaped pool—Using what seemed like hundreds of data points! A few weeks later, Bob and his crew arrived in the morning, installed the new liner and we were filling the pool a few hours later. We couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend Andressi Pool and Spa! You won’t be disappointed!
Bob and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient making the whole liner installation process go smoothly. Also very impressed with Bob’s follow up even after everything was completed.
Bob and his crew were great!! I thought we were going to have to go with out a pool for the whole summer but he got us on the schedule and took care of everything. Top notch service that you don’t have to worry about anything with because he does it all.
Thanks Adam. I'm so glad we were able to move you up in our schedule so you and your family could enjoy the pool this year rather than next year. Also, thanks for the excellent pictures of the pool. I will definitely add them to my website at some point.
