Great stay!! Very comfortable airbnb and also accessible to many places around Costa Rica. Ana was attentive to our messages and provided clear instructions to access the Airbnb, and to check out from it. I also enjoyed the beach club that’s part of the gated community, which is also less than a 10min walk.

We had a great stay at Jamie's place. The biggest plus for us was being able to walk right out to the pool whenever we wanted. The kids were always out there. The beach/surf was too rough for swimming, but there were many other options for beaches. We were able to park in the garage and walk to everything we needed for the week. Lots of cool little places and restaurants to explore. The condo itself was clean and well stocked. The air conditioning kept it cool and comfortable. It felt like home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. One of the highlights was the convenient access to the pool, which added great value to the experience. The location is also ideal, with the beach just a short distance away and several other attractions within a few kilometers.The only area for improvement would be the check-in process. Although I completed all required steps online in advance, I was still required to fill out a paper registration at the main gate and receive a wristband that had to be placed by security. While I understand the importance of safety, the process felt repetitive, and the purpose of the wristband was not clearly explained. Streamlining this step would make the arrival experience much smoother.

The house is very nice and clean and in a safe place. The location was great away from the craziness of Jaco. The beach club was very nice. The beds were nice and everything was very clean. The only issue I had was we didn’t get instructions until I asked and it delayed us leaving. I got a message that we needed to check out before we checked in. If they fixed the automated system then it would be 5 stars.
