Aaron provided incredible 5-star service! He went completely above and beyond fixing our bathtub, taking care of every little detail to make sure the problem was 100% resolved—even doing things he wasn't asked to do to make sure it was done right. On top of that, he is super friendly, kind, and professional. Highly recommend asking for Aaron for any plumbing needs!

Mark and Benito came out at 9pm to fix my disposal — it required replacing so they left for a supply shop and came back with a new unit which they installed quickly and cleanly. Excellent work and attitudes. Can’t recommend them highly enough !

Beyond C. 2026.07.09

We had water leaking out of the pipe by our washing machine every time we used our dishwasher at the same. Consequently, we would never use the machine at the same time to prevent the leak. Unfortunately, our trick no longer worked, and water would just leak at random times. One of their plumbers, Michael came to fix the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the problem and fixed it! Would highly recommend!

You claim that I was “extremely volatile,” “aggressive,” and that I requested to be “rehomed.” Those statements are false, misleading, and unsupported by the evidence. In fact, an LA Housing Department inspector was physically present at the property during the events surrounding this matter and was involved in addressing the habitability concerns affecting my unit. I possess records, communications, and evidence relating to that inspection, in addition to video footage, camera recordings, screenshots, and other documentation concerning the December 2025 plumbing visits. The evidence does not support the accusations being made about me. You acknowledge that your technicians were present at the property and that service was completed. I also possess evidence showing that your company was present on December 30, 2025, that work was performed, and that the leak issue was addressed. Your own response confirms that your technicians were on site and that services were completed. Your public response appears to be an attempt to justify and repeat statements that are inaccurate and damaging to my reputation. Making false statements about a customer in a public forum is a serious matter. If you continue to publish, repeat, or distribute false allegations regarding my conduct, character, or actions, I reserve all rights and remedies available to me under the law, including pursuing claims arising from false and defamatory statements. If your company maintains that these allegations are true, then I demand that you produce any and all evidence supporting your claims, including but not limited to reports, notes, photographs, recordings, witness statements, emails, text messages, or any other documentation upon which you are relying. To date, I have seen no evidence supporting the accusations being made. I find it particularly concerning that your company is making definitive statements regarding alleged conduct that supposedly occurred inside my residence. To my knowledge, your company did not have cameras recording inside my home, nor would such recordings be permissible without authorization. I, however, preserved video footage, camera recordings, screenshots, communications, and other documentation relating to these events. The evidence in my possession does not support the allegations contained in your response. In contrast, I have preserved substantial evidence, including video footage, camera recordings, screenshots, communications, LA Housing Department records, Health Department records, and other government agency documentation that directly relate to the events in question. I am fully prepared to provide such evidence to the appropriate authorities, agencies, courts, legal representatives, or any other entity reviewing this matter. Additionally, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding what I believe to be unprofessional conduct, the publication of false statements, and conduct that I believe has harmed my reputation and character. I am also evaluating other appropriate avenues for reporting these actions and preserving my rights. I once again demand that any false statements concerning my conduct be retracted and corrected in writing. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to consider all available legal and administrative remedies. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a waiver of any rights, claims, causes of action, or remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
