No service provided and no refund given I had scheduled an appointment as I was under the impression I was going to receive a mobile service and I made a down payment $75. However, after we both (the service and myself) realized the misunderstanding, I decided to cancel service as I am recovering from surgery and continue to still be in pain. I was told I was getting reimbursement and I never received a refund.. Keep in mind that there was no service done whatsoever and they continued to avoid the refund. I do believe they would have provided an excellent service based on their reviews. However, when customers cancel or change their minds, the provider should respect their choice to cancel.

Was subpar at best. For the price I expected much more. Took much longer than expected. Was told to drop of on Tuesday morning at 8:00 am didn’t touch it till Wednesday around 11:00 am had to leave overnight again.

I paid $500 for a ceramic coating and they didn’t even clean it. They didn’t even open doors or trunk to clean in between. The inside wasn’t clean either. Water was suppose to roll off, when I washed it after and it doesn’t. I message them and sent them pictures they said to bring it. I made appt and then they cancelled. They then wanted me to go on a day it rained here in El Paso, and I told them it’s suppose to rain and they responded, oh no, we are just cleaning what we didn’t clean. Weeks later. I mean I wouldn’t pay $500 for that service again.

This was one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. The vehicle was not detailed on the inside, the tires and rims were not cleaned and to top it all off there are white steaks running down the car because it rained the next day. I spoke with Herman and they were going to correct it; however, now no one is responding to messages (phone or text). I had even sent pictures and nothing. A lot of money for a horrible job! At owner response: This is an interview statement (I still have all your unanswered texts I sent) Then tell me, why is my vehicle being detailed for the 3rd time? Definitely not a fault of mine! This is all I have to say! You can respond however you like, I know the truth!

Please stay away from this business. I booked an appointment for 1:00 PM on Tuesday the 27th. Since I work during the day, I drove there the day before to drop off my vehicle. The next day, I left work early to pick it up on time and even asked a friend for a ride. When I arrived at 3:00 PM, I was shocked to find that they had not even started working on my vehicle. I spoke with a few people I assumed worked there, but they had no information. I then called Herman, who later found out he does not even work on-site and only schedules appointments. He said he would call me back, but I am still waiting. One of the workers who was cleaning another vehicle asked me how I wanted my deposit refunded or I can reschedule —without any explanation or apology. I also spoke with another customer whose vehicle was being cleaned. He was clearly upset, explaining that they arrived late for his appointment and were repeatedly told his vehicle was ready. When he inspected it, it was not. This business is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid the stress and frustration. At the very least, I expected them to offer to come to my location to complete the service, but that did not happen. Please do not waste your time or money on a business that does not value either.

We reassigned the job and unfortunately that detailer got backed up with a surprise 6 hour disaster detail. This is where the communication should have started to get you taken care of. Took my car for seat shampooing and complete detail last Monday Dec 15, they cleaned the outside well but they couldn't get the seats cleaned as promised. I've taken my car to different detail shops in the past and this is the first time a shop isn't able to leave the seats spotless.

We had our car detailing and cleaning last November 26. We just checked the trunk and It seems like it wasn't cleaned at all. This is not a good experience with the service considering that you have high reviews online. Follow up review- December 23, 2025 When this incident happened, we contacted them to report what occurred. They said that Ernesto would get back to us and clean the missed trunk. We waited for a month, but they never followed up. Today, I sent them another message, but it seems like they no longer plan to clean it because of the negative review I wrote. That’s totally fine. However, I want others to know how they handled our case. I hope they don’t treat other customers the way they treated us and that they improve their service.

Have attempted to contact more than once now before I left a review. I saw an ad for their services, and placed a deposit down. Went previously to their location after having a reservation. I waited almost 4 hours, my car was till not being touched. I had other obligations, employees on their phones not cleaning the previous clients car. I took my keys that were in the bowl and left. I didn't get a text till later letting me know they were ready to see me. I said I would have to to reschedule, as I waited hours and nobody even gave me an update. Fast forward, I have left messages, called and even contacted through their Facebook page they advertise extensively on with no availability. Still have my deposit, still no response, nothing. So many positive reviews, yet I have nothing to show for it.
