⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These guys were amazing! My carpet needed some serious stretching in several rooms before being cleaned, and they did a fantastic job. The wrinkles are gone, and the carpet looks and smells like new again. They took their time, did it right, and the difference is unbelievable. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
EDITED TO COMMENT! I took a picture of your van outside of my apartments. This is a real review! My boyfriend booked under his name, not mine. Please do not lie on the replies. You and your wife came into my apartment and our carpet is left horrible and the carpet is sticky! I understand you don’t want a bad review but do not lie! I have pictures and video of your van and both of you coming into my apartment. I have cameras everywhere. Please do not lie! You did not do a good job and this is a honest review! Now I have to hire someone else because yall left the carpet horrible!
Paid 150 and we hired them to get the stains out. They didn’t remove any stains. All stains are still in carpet. We used a different company before and all stains were removed and carpet cleaned for 125 for one room. Carpet is soaked still after a day. Very disappointed. They also used some type of weird air freshener scent. It’s not a normal clean carpet smell. Very disappointed.

Reply: As I stated in the original reply, we haven’t cleaned for anyone with your name. If the appointment was booked by your boyfriend, then it would have been under his name, so I wasn’t lying. If your apartment was cleared on Wednesday (10/14), then I know what you’re referring to. As I stated on the day of the cleaning, the pet vomit and diarrhea must have had food dye in it that discolored the carpet. As I stated in my original reply, we offer a 30 day guarantee and would be happy to come back out and reclean your carpet.

Professional & Super quick Service
All Star did an amazing job of getting our rugs cleaned thoroughly for us. They were also able to easily get out a stain that had been in the carpet for nearly a year. I cannot be more appreciative of scheduling, phone call confirmation, on time arrival and cleanliness of their service. We have already booked our second cleaning!!! Again, thank you so much!

Larry and his wife from All Star Carpet Cleaning were absolutely amazing! They came to clean my couch, and now it looks BRAND NEW and smells incredible. Pure Excellence!! We have a 15 month old with sticky fingers, stains all over our light furniture . Glad to say not only are they gone, but the restored smell of freshness on our rug, sofa and ottomans are like new.
