The loungeroom in my apartment was badly flooded over the past weekend from a leaking tap in the kitchen causing a large amount of carpet to be saturated. The apartment was empty and the water had been leaking for nearly 2 days until I checked the place on the weekend. Lucky I found All Aces carpet restoration services over the weekend who are locally based. They turned up on Monday with Jeremy and all the gear to remove the water before applying fans and a dehumidifier for a couple days. I was supplied with an indicative quote before starting the restoration process. Very happy with the response and 2 lovely ladies Bella and Cloe to take my calls as well as the manager Nick who checked the moisture reading before giving all clear. Highly recommended.

My unit recently flooded and All Aces were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Joseph was friendly, reliable and did a great job drying out the water affected areas. All Aces took the worry away from having to deal with potential damage and thanks to their quick action any damage was mitigated. One very happy customer here!

In what was a stressful (and messy!!) time, Joseph's calm nature and attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
No one likes getting a phone call to say their house is flooded!! But Joseph made the whole cleanup and drying process so simple. Communication was excellent, and I'm fairly certain Joseph checked up on our floors at least one visit extra because he was around the corner on another job and was worried about how our hardwood floors were drying.
He also wanted to ensure their equipment was removed as soon as possible so that our cat was less stressed by the noise.
I'd highly recommend their team for any cleaning and restoration job you might have.

Had a milk spill in the boot of my car and my car smelt rotten for over a month - they FIXED IT!!! No rotten smell at alllll - smells really nice thank you guys so so much I was so desperate and I’m so glad it’s fixed - worth every single cent!

Thanks to AllAces for a smooth process in helping us get rid of some mould in our home. We had a few nuanced spots with some mould growing that we really wanted to take care of. Dom was informative during the initial visit and quoting process, and Wan/Jeremy were very professional on the day. We were impressed with Wan's ability to explain everything and give a bit of advice to mitigate issues in the future. Jeremy also went the extra mile to get to a few hard-to-reach spots outdoors. Finally, Bella was very patient with us in terms of scheduling us in, because we had to change the service date a few times. Thanks everyone! BTW we got two quotes and AllAces came in under a competitor, and they also came for a free inspection.
