This is my third time using AK Movers, and they’ve been amazing every single time. My most recent move was to Philly, which was tough, because there was narrow alleyways, a big truck, and a building with no elevator, but they handled it all so smoothly. I wasn’t even fully packed, and the team came in and packed the rest of my things for me quickly and carefully. The workers were genuinely kind, patient, and respectful the whole time, and the owner is just as great! He checked in, made sure everything was going well, and you can tell he really cares about his customers. They wrapped all my furniture, carried everything up multiple flights of stairs without complaining, and somehow got that truck through the tight Philly streets like pros. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. After three moves with them, I honestly trust this company completely. Couldn’t recommend them more!!!!!

usually hate the entire moving process because it feels long and stressful. This was my first time with AK Movers and to say that I am satisfied would be an understatement. They completely changed the experience for me. From the moment their team arrived, everything felt organized and under control. They showed up on time, introduced themselves, walked me through their plan, and started right away.
What impressed me most was how careful they were with all of my belongings. They wrapped every piece of furniture without me needing to ask and they labeled the boxes clearly so unpacking later was simple. Even my fragile items, including glassware and decor, made it to the new place without a single issue.
The team had great energy throughout the entire move. They were friendly, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about making the day as smooth as possible. They even helped me rearrange the living room a couple of times until I found a layout I liked. Everything was handled with patience and a great attitude.
The whole process was faster than any move I have ever done and the price was very reasonable for the level of service I received. I recently used AK Movers to move from MD to NYC and it was a great experience. They arrived promptly at 7am day of, loaded the truck within an hour, and arrived at my NYC apartment by 12:30! I am on a 2nd floor walkup and they moved everything efficiently and were done within an hour. The two movers were friendly and professional, and all of my furniture and boxes arrived in great condition. This is probably the smoothest moving experience I have had. They have reasonable prices, and gave us the lowest quote compared to other movers in the area. I would definitely recommend AK movers to anyone moving out of state, and will definitely use them in the future.

They are fast. I gave them short notice for same day moving. Actually after I called them they arrived in less than one hour to my apartment. They moved my stuff (which is not a lot ) from DC to Ellicott City within an hour. Everything is done within 2 and 1/2 hours. Highly recommend.

I thought these guys did a great job with my Baltimore city move. Whereas I had trouble even getting a person, or a solid quote/numbers from other movers in the area. AK had my appointment setup right away with transparency and priced better than others. My two movers worked really efficiently and disassembled/reassembled things well. Even though they arrived a tad late, they gave me a heads up.
