They have the SALES PROCESS down to a (annoying) science, but their HVAC skills are lacking. Endless texts and calls and emails trying to get you to buy a $15k system. I told them 3x that my system was running fine and I don't need a repair/replacement, but they keep texting you anyway. Then, weeks later and out of the blue, they sent me an invoice for $150. No one ever mentioned this fee in any of my interactions, so it's an odd way to do business.

Chase, we sincerely apologize. Once you made it clear that your system was running properly and you did not wish to move forward, the repeated calls, texts, and emails should have stopped. We also understand how frustrating it was to receive a $150 invoice weeks later, especially when that fee was not clearly communicated during your interactions with us. This is not the experience we want associated with our name. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your account, address the invoice, and make this right.
