Unprofessional, inflexible, and completely lacking empathy for patients
I am extremely disappointed with the experience my senior mother and I had here. I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance and provided all of her insurance details, referring doctor information, and script details over the phone.
Before the visit, I was sent pre-appointment paperwork via text. However, the system blocked me from completing it because it required insurance information in an upload which I didn't have on me at the time, so would need to complete it at the office with my mother.
When we arrived for her 4:30 PM appointment, there was no greeting—just a cold, immediate reprimand from the receptionist: "You didn’t finish the paperwork." I explained the technical issue with the online form and reassured her that the office already had the insurance and referral details on file from my initial phone call.
She then insisted on seeing the physical paper script. My mother had forgotten it at home, and I had called the referring dentist’s office (got their answering service) and offered to drive 10 minutes home to retrieve it while my mother waited in the office. The receptionist flatly refused, wouldn't allow the dentist to even begin the initial evaluation, and turned us away completely.
To make matters even more absurd, at 5:17 PM I received an automated text stating my mother had a 6:00 PM appointment. When I called the office to clarify if we had been rescheduled, the receptionist casually dismissed it, saying it was just a system glitch caused by removing our 4:30 PM slot.
This office showed zero flexibility, awful communication, and a complete lack of courtesy toward an elderly patient and caregiver. Save yourself the headache and go to a practice that values its Senior patients.if I was the doctor, I would want to know how potential patients are treated prior to the actual visit.
Wonderful group of Dentists, Dental Hygienists & all other workers at the office. Very happy with the wok being done to improve my smile. Very accommodating , compassionate, caring & best Dental Office I've ever been to. Love them.
I have to add to my review regarding how pleased I am with how wonderful my smile looks. Previously went to another Dental Office & they were going to charge me over $22,000 which would have been ridiculous! Just because I needed a few teeth repaired doesn't mean you should have to get dentures when you don't even need them!
Very happy I decided to go elsewhere & found a way better Dental Office that didn't charge me an insane amount of money. My smile is back to looking wonderful & I'm very pleased with the work performed.
Give them a try & I bet you'll be very happy with them. My teeth look great & like they did before. Even showed the Dentist exactly how I wanted my Smile to go back to what it previously was and they did a wonderful job. Always receive a lot of compliments on how great my teeth look.
Trust me. I definitely make sure I take very good care of them. The Dental Office gave me great instructions & how to keep my teeth looking nice, white & pretty. Highly recommend. Everyone who works in the Office is a pleasure to deal with. A++. By simply following their instructions, my teeth stay always looking great.
Listen to their instructions & you'll end up spending less money on Dental Work by simply flossing, brushing & putting in a little effort. That's all it takes.
A great smile makes you feel confident & I personally believe looking more youthful. Doesn't take a lot of time to simply care for your teeth! If you're going to spend some money on fixing your SMILE .... then be sure to take care of them daily yourself & it'll save you money in the long run.
The Office will work with you to come up with an affordable price & very reasonable payment plan. It was very important to me to get my teeth looking back to the way they did before & I certainly don't take it for granted! Simply follow their instructions & you'll be very, very happy.
Once my Smile was fixed, I was beyond impressed & incredibly happy with the work performed! Please don't hesitate to fix your Smile and it'll be a wonderful investment in your overall health & the way you look. Couldn't be happier than I anticipated. I had no idea why I didn't do it sooner. That was just plain silly & I don't regret in simply just wanting to look better.
I'll be 60 next month & my teeth look fabulous.

The office is amazing! All people there are so caring and nice! Impecable service! We felt like the members of the family. You can trust the doctors. My partner went to the different office and been advised to remove the tooth and put the implant. He came to see Dr.Lee and Dr. Lee advised to keep the tooth to avoid causing problems to nearby teeth. Thank you so much!

My dentist retired, and I hadn't seen someone in almost 2 years when I ended up falling and hitting my chin and mouth area. I was amazed that I was able to see someone the same day, and able to see the oral surgeon the next day. Luckily everything was all good in my favor, and now I just need about 6 weeks to recover in order to have my basic dental care with them. Great first experience and would highly recommend!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I was so nervous walking into the office because of the issues I was having with my teeth but from start to finish I was put at ease and alleviated of all the concerns I was having. Shout out to my hygienist Dora, she was so sweet, walked me through all the steps of scans/x rays/cleanings, answered all my questions and had me walking out of there in such a better place!
10/10 highly recommend!

I went there for a second opinion as I had work done with my current dentist that had a bunch of issues.
I was very pleasantly surprised. Dr. Meskin REALLY listens. He doesn’t rush, doesn’t try to “sell” his services, he doesn’t judge others for bad work or mistakes, rather offers solutions and sincerity trying to help. He and his associate, Tatiana, spent a lots of time with me, running bunch of scans, x-ray and other imagery, patiently explaining my issues and offering different options. And all of this was FREE second opinion visit!
Very nice attitude, so rare for nowadays medical office, where many only see you as a source of money making

I’ve been a patient of Aesthetic Dental for many years. Time and time again, my experiences have been fantastic. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and organized, helping me out with scheduling and billing. The dentists themselves are great too, and never have I felt the appointment was rushed or my concerns weren’t heard. I’ve since moved out of state, but if I were to come back to the area, I would come back here! Would highly recommend.

Great experience. Short wait times. Everyone was so nice. I loved the 3D image of my teeth. No other dentist I have been to in the Dover area did this. A+.
