Frank got right to work unplugging a very stopped up drain pipe that serviced two condo units - mine and the one above me. He checked for outside clean-out valves and when the first tool he used to snake out the line couldn’t do the job he walked around the block to his truck to bring in a more powerful one. He explained everything he was about to do, answered all my questions and cleaned up a greasy mess afterwards. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Frank and Advantage Plumbing.

Frank with Advantage Plumbing is really excellent. He’s been out to our house in South Pasadena a few times. He’s always on time, can come on short notice when needed, and is super professional and capable. Always gets things fixed quickly at a fair and reasonable rate. He’s also a super nice guy. Always asks about our dog, for example, who’s been having medical issues lately! Class act.

Simply the best. I was able to reach someone at 10pm on Friday night and they arrived at 6am Saturday and fixed my water heater in 30 min. Trustworthy and skilled, highly recommend

We've hired Advantage Plumbers for three jobs so far and are very happy with their work. Their prices are reasonable and the plumbers go out of their way to make sure the job is done right. They make suggestions when needed which is helpful and even pick up parts when necessary. We would especially like to acknowledge Victor and his assistant for fixing the leak in our outdoor pipes.

Great company. Called them for a leak under kitchen sink (cat stood on pipe and the weight separated the connections). They offered to send someone same-day, but I opted for next morning instead. I love that they use a one hour appointment window, instead of 3-5 hours like other companies. Technician, Victor, arrived right on time, explained the issue to me and pointed out a couple other problems, fixed everything and tested everything thoroughly before leaving. I told him about the cat and he made sure to "cat proof" the connections. Like I said, great company, don't hesitate to use them.

Love Steve and the Advantage team. Day or night, they get the job done. So glad they are my plumbers. They always get it done right, are friendly, courteous and so knowledgeable!
Advantage Plumbing repiped my entire crawl space, including the main line under my house and the lateral line in my front yard, this past week. I interviewed six companies before choosing them, and from the first visit through project completion, the experience was exceptional.
They gave me a fair, respectable quote, and the work was fully permitted (Advantage pulled the permit at a modest cost). Even the city inspector said, "Nice work!" The crew was punctual, courteous, hardworking, and clearly knowledgeable — top-notch in every way.
For the front yard line, they used pipe-bursting technology, so my yard didn't need to be dug up. The new line will last 100 years. Every part of the job — proper strapping, quality materials, multiple cleanouts — was done to the highest standard. This was truly exceptional work, and I'm grateful for their dedication. Thank you to Steve, Johny, and the entire crew for a job so well done!
Separately, before the repiping project, I had Advantage come out to snake a clogged tub drain. They arrived the same day and did a great job. Alfonso and Jose were punctual, kind, friendly, and attentive — another job well done!

There are simply not enough complements I can give this team.
I had a water dripping on the street issue that ai could not figure out . When soap bubbles appeared, we realize the problem was the sewer . Steve rearranged his team schedule to get the problem fixed and fast.
The pipe, on a hillside was scoped with a camera revealing the severity of the 90 year old cast iron pipes. A replacement was needed. One can only shudder to think the cost of that.
Using new technology called pipe lining, not only was the pipe repaired from the inside out , they even managed to clean the pipe below the street, saving us thousands of dollars!! . They even found a fresh water leak and were able to repair it while the pipe was exposed. The entire job was done in a day.
I simply cannot sing high enough praises for Steve and his team. Professional, caring, on time with a fanatic work ethic. Steve truly cares about people and not just money .
Look no further when needing help with an unpleasant issue of plumbing.

Had another leaking pipe problem. . Advantage sent Plummer Frank whose long experience in the field, quickly and easily fixed the problem. Thank you!
