We have used Advantage on two houses now, and it never ceases to amaze me at just how thorough they are. These folks are great to work with from scheduling, all the way to completion. The report they provide is very detailed with pictures and descriptions, and the recommendations are very helpful. I will always use Advantage and will recommend to anybody I know purchasing a home to reach out to them!
