Vinny was extremely professional and very thorough while also being very efficient. He explained everything very well and helped answer our questions. The work completed not only helped us with the mice that have gotten in, but also plugging all the exterior holes so they can't get in again and leaving traps outside near their entry points to further discourage their returning. Very happy to have this so comprehensively dealt with after several store-bought bait station solutions did not work.

I’m quite pleased with the service I’m now receiving from Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control. The technician sent is new to me, although it’s clear he knows his job well. He was extremely thorough. I asked them to come for my normal rodent inspection and also to check for yellow jackets, as the young man mowing my lawn mentioned he saw a few of them in both my front and back flower beds. Taylor checked and found none. A less reputable company would have said I needed treatment for this too. He also found evidence/damage from carpenter ants, but no evidence of fire ants. He advised I have the area fixed and we will recheck at my next visit.
I appreciate that I can trust the technician sent to be honest and forthright with me, it gives me faith in Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control. I do recommend them.

I have spoken to Kala about this situation, and I certainly apologized for the errors that occurred due to our staff. We pride ourselves on our relationships with our customers and unfortunately, didn't do a great job. We gave her a refund and promised better communication moving forward.
