Sam was nice at first, seemed chill, but since day one he has lead me on a wild goose chase for my car. I did not want to bring my car in until they had the parts, I even put the security deposit down. Around march 10-11 was the initial inspection, Friday I brought the car back because I was set that they were the best decision to repair my car, so I spoke to Sam about the options we so I can still have a car until the parts came. He said “bring the car in on Monday because the weekend they don’t work on the cars and you car will be ready on Wednesday because it takes 24-48 hours for your paint to dry” I figured 2 days is a great turn around time. Wednesday comes and I call about my car he states “Oh yea Wednesday of next week your car will be done” and I’m chill about it because I thought I was in the wrong or misheard the timing so I dropped it. Then Tuesday comes so I can see what time I can pick it up Wednesday, no response. Then Wednesday came and I called Sam and he states on the phone more damage has be found and they had to order new parts so hopefully the pieces come by tomorrow (Thursday) so it can be out Friday. I asked what damage has been found and he said the rocker piece had to be order WHICH MADE NO SENSE considering that was on the list of parts they already ordered and he stated the first Monday I brought my car in they had all the parts. Friday comes “hey when can I pick up my car today” Sam once again says “oh I thought we agreed to Monday” HOW ARE WE AGREEING TO MORE AND MORE DAYS? Constantly a pattern with the next day being agreed upon apparently. I called today Monday when I’m SUPPOSED TO HAVE MY CAR 2 WEEKS AGO AS PROMISED and he tries pulling “I thought we agreed to Tuesday” BRO? HELLO? I NEED MY CAR!? And unfortunately I had to pull the manager card. Spoke to the manager today and the rocker moulding apparently on back order, he did say they’ll try to get the car ready by tomorrow, constantly on the progressive app the car was pushed back too, it is infuriating when you have to travel large distances to different states and not have a car. The constant false promises is not cool. Commute takes more time because it doesn’t make sense to rent a car if I’m losing money. I’m chill with 3 false promises after that is HIGHLY disrespectful.
Update 1.
Roger got my car out the next day I called, seemed sincere. Fixed the rocker molding that was broken in half while I wait for the other moulding. Personally I like the effort he put In but u don’t trust this place one bit after the multiple lead ons. Sam lying about the panels being there just for my car to sit there for a couple of weeks is still bs. Paid full price to be lied to, I could’ve said a lot more during the Toyota sale which was 40% off.

I had a terrible experience with ABC Collision after being involved in an accident where another driver backed into my car. The other driver’s insurance, Progressive, referred me to this shop, and I regret trusting their recommendation.
From the start, the customer service was unprofessional. The two receptionists—a Spanish woman and a Black woman—were rude and dismissive, showing little concern for my situation. Instead of providing quality service, they had bad attitudes and lacked professionalism.
The biggest issue, however, was the poor workmanship. I had to take my car back twice because they botched the paint job. Even worse, they scraped part of the frame of my window, which was in perfect condition before they worked on my car. I have before-and-after photos proving the damage they caused. They admitted their mistake and promised to replace the damaged part in October, yet months have passed, and I have received no follow-up.
To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my car, I witnessed how recklessly the employees were driving it. Seeing that level of carelessness made me even more frustrated with their lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ vehicles.
I strongly advise against taking your car to ABC Collision. Their service is sloppy, their customer service is horrible, and they do not take accountability for their mistakes. If Progressive or any insurance company refers you to them, ask for another option. Save yourself the stress and frustration—this place is a waste of time!
