We’re sorry this situation ended the way it did, but we’d like to provide some context. This was a last minute booking for today, and to accommodate the customer, we delivered the inflatable the night before at approximately 9:00 PM so everything would be ready for the party.

Per our rental agreement, payment is due upon setup. However, after the customer explained they wouldn’t be off work until later and needed to add money to their card we extended additional leniency. Payment reminders were sent around 12:00 PM and again at 2:00 PM. When payment still had not been received, we notified the customer that the inflatable would be picked up at 3:00 PM if payment was not made. All contact points were ignored and not responded to.

Nearly 18 hours had passed since delivery without payment, leaving us no choice but to retrieve the equipment. We always strive to be flexible and work with our customers, but we must also apply our payment policy consistently and fairly to every rental.
