Absolutely the nicest staff. I reached out to them on short notice after my organization unexpectedly had a major setback for an event we had planned.
Shay and Sam thought outside the box and went above and beyond to help us with a solution. Would definitely call them again for an event.
Needed chairs, tables, and a big tent for our corporate picnic, and Sam hooked us up without a hitch. Everything was impeccably clean, delivered early as promised, and their team was so organized—no hunting for missing pieces. Communication was crystal clear from quote to drop-off. We'll be back!
Absolutely stellar experience. Sam was truly incredible. I emailed him on a Sunday night (literally Super Bowl Sunday) with an urgent ask to help with an event Monday night. He responds within minutes and the entire process from initial outreach to final pick up was genuinely seamless. This is the team you want, and need for any event. The options are extensive, and were exactly what we needed. delivered and picked up on time, and the team who came both times were wonderful. 5 stars, and then some more. Will be using for all events in the future.

Friendly Staff. Could use better communication. Not ideal company if you have an event over the weekend. They only do Friday and Monday pick up with an additional charge of $590 for weekend services. Which made the process really difficult. I can imagine it being a lot smoothers during the week day. The delivery window is also 8am-6pm which is an extremely difficult range during the week if you work. They also charge extra if you want a specific drop off time. We were also charged an additional $75 to reschedule the pick up after the driver showed up to the event space at 8am on Monday with no notice, although we were told they'd call us when they were on their way.
Again, I can imagine having a smoother experience if you have open availability for the drop off and pick up or hosting your event during the week.

A1 Party & Tent Rentals services a very high volume of events, many of them in NYC buildings with strict rules, insurance requirements, loading dock schedules, and limited access windows.
Because of that, our logistics are structured in a way that prioritizes reliability, fairness, and consistency across all clients.
For weekend events, standard service includes Friday delivery and Monday pickup. When clients request weekend crews, specific time slots, or equipment held longer, those services require additional staffing, trucks, and routing adjustments, which is why they are priced separately and disclosed in advance.
Our standard delivery and pickup windows allow us to manage dozens of events per day while keeping costs predictable for clients.
Guaranteed time slots are available for those who need them, but they are optional and reserved by request.
Regarding pickup communication, our drivers operate on fixed routes, and while arrival times can vary, we understand how advance notice matters and continue to reinforce that internally.
We are very transparent about how we work because the right fit matters. Clients who plan ahead, review logistics early, or have weekday events or flexible availability typically experience a very smooth process.

Rented a tent, tables and chairs from AAA Party Rentals and we're are so pleased with their service. From the start, Karen and Mike in the office were pleasant to deal with answering any questions we had. The tent setup crew was professional and courteous. I rented tents and lights in the past from another company (will not name) which arrived dirty. We had a different amazing experience with AAA Party Rental. Everything arrived pristine white and clean. Look no more if you need a tent. Thesr are the people you should call.
