Mike recently sold my mother’s waterfront home on Lake Asbury. He is super knowledgeable about that particular market and was able to give sound advice regarding what repairs and upgrades would be worth making prior to putting the house on the market. He was also spot on with timing of the listing and setting the price so that she was able to sell quickly and walk away with more profit than she expected. Lastly, Mike was very attentive in communicating with my mom through the whole process and worked tirelessly to make sure she was not stressed by what she was undertaking on her own. I would strongly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Professional, courteous, prompt, and always available. Mike came highly recommended and we reached out prior to our retiring from the military after 25 years of service. We were looking for our forever home while stationed overseas during a pandemic. Despite all of the obstacles, Mike used his contractor background and contacts to scour the area for homes that fit our wish lists. Inventory was almost non-existent, so Mike got creative and scheduled Facetime appointments for every home that got close to our requests. I've met a lot of realtors; most of them are just trying to push you towards whatever is going to make them the most profit regardless of if it is even what you were looking for. Mike Schwiebert is a refreshing change from all of that. He listened. He helped me find a house that fit ALL of my wants; and I know some of them were big enough wants that they seemed impossible. I knew very little about the buying and closing process, but he worked with me every step of the way. He was never pushy. Even when he couldn't tell me the answer to a question (rare), he would still point me in the right direction to find it. He brought a semblance of peace amongst the chaos of buying a home. He even sent me a few reminders about paperwork I should do or file several months after our closing that I had completely forgotten about or never would have even thought to do. Don't go with anyone else.

I had Mike come and look at my house when i was getting ready to sell, he gave me a few pointers on what he thought i should update/repair prior to selling, after i had this stuff taken care of he came back out and took photos and listed the house. within 24 hours we had 3 written offers. Mike is great at what he does and is an outstanding person. I could not have had a better experience, he always keep me in the loop thru the process of what and when things was or going to happen. He also helped me thru the process of the purchase of my new home as well. you will not find anyone better to handel the sell or purchase of your home than Mike.

If you are looking for a realtor, call Mike now! Mike was readily available to take our calls and answer our questions. Even though he had other clients, he still catered to us like we were his only one. Mike was referred to us by a friend. We were moving from Puerto Rico to Florida in July 2020 and wanted to purchase a home. We have never met in person. Our entire process was completed online and by phone. Mike was available to walk through any homes we were interested in and sent us video. Using his construction expertise, he pointed out concerns that would need to be addressed. Mike was extremely helpful when the time came to make an offer. He was very knowledgeable about home pricing in the area. Mike recommended a mortgage company and an insurance agent. After comparing them to other companies, his recommendations were the best fit for us. Mike also had a list of professionals that could help complete work at the house after closing. We would highly recommend Mike to help you search for and buy your future home.
