I had a phenomenal experience with David at 505 Heating and Plumbing. I was dreading the appointment because my husband couldn't be there and I don't know much about plumbing. David never talked over my head. He took his time to educate me on my home's systems, diagnosed the issue perfectly, and showed me exactly what I need to do to get things serviced. It is rare to find a true professional who cares enough to make sure you truly understand your own home. I am actually excited for the next steps to elevate my water! Highly recommend.

Absolute amazing company! Was able to get a very fair quote and quick service and install for my new evaporative cooler! The team came promptly at the time they said they would be there the day of the install. Install was quick and was back up and running before the heat set in. Team was friendly and professional. I left a message, and David, the owner, called me back first thing the next morning. Even though his schedule was already full, he found a way to squeeze me in between appointments. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed contactor, explained exactly what was wrong, tracked down the replacement part, and had everything repaired far faster than I expected. Best of all, there was no unnecessary upselling—he simply fixed what needed to be fixed and had the system running again in no time. It's refreshing to work with a company that is knowledgeable, communicates well, and genuinely cares about taking care of their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional HVAC or plumbing service.

I thought I was way ahead of the game getting my 5-zone mini-split system installed during the winter. Little did I know that next week we are supposed to shatter records with the temp maybe hitting 90 degrees in March! I might be turning on the AC sooner than expected.
