This place has terrible communication. If you pay for 300$ peptide bottles, they'll sit out in the sun because no one sent you tracking info like they say theyre going to, then youre told, "it should be fine". They can't figure out your treatment plan for follow ups because no one communicates with the providers or looks in the providers notes when they schedule you. You almost always get an answering service when you call and have to wait for calls back or no call backs. And after all that, your appointments are still cancelled last minute or they have to bring you back in for things they forgot to do during their initial visits. Delayed treatment because of forgotten things. Its endless. I work in a medical office and the service is just really atrocious.

I’m a small business owner so won’t ding you but please reevaluate practices on calling potential customers. I got no less than one call/text per day daily until I blocked the number. I’m going to chalk this up to system issues and not realizing you’ve called the same person a million times but something needs to change. The front desk person seemed very pleasant so I’m sure this is a great place!

I am unable to effectively put into words what an great experience this was. I have had injections and fillers in the past but nothing compares to this. Kayla PA, explained everything in detail, gave me multiple options, and was so gentle with the injections. Minimal pain and no bleeding. She has alot of medical experience so she is very knowledgeable. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. An amazing experience and I will be back!
