The BEST Customer Service Ever
This was such a GREAT experience! We rented a boat and the customer service with Steve and James was THE BEST EVER. Such an easy and fun experience and we saw ten or so dolphins during our boat ride. James even gave my husband a little lesson on docking the boat. :) Great service and a good time-we will be back and recommend to everyone.

The staff were incredibly helpful and so kind. I rented two kayaks on Sunday, and the next day I rented a small pontoon boat. I arrived a little early for my reservation, and was told I could take the boat early and even stay a little past my allotted time. One of the boat passengers was handicapped, and the staff ensured we were able to easily accommodate them safely getting them on and off the boat. I cannot say good enough things about my experience, and I will be back many more times

My son and I had an amazing time on the 19’ center console. They guys were very helpful with advice on where to go and they took all our stuff from the truck to the boat and back.

I go here once a month to take a boat out with friends and family. They always handle everything professionally and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent a boat, jet ski, tube or any wayer sports. Sometimes I rent a tube and take the kids tubing. I generally always have a good time as long as the weather is great. Highly recommend these guys.

We booked this company because of good reviews and we know a few people who have booked here before.
I’m giving this company 1 star because we had a very bad experience without our boat rental over summer.
Originally I had booked a center console boat since there were 2 adults and 3 kids, this boat seemed to fit what we were looking to do. Cruise around the river, just an island and meet up with some friends in our 4 hour rental.
However, when we arrived at the location, we were informed that we would be revering a “free upgrade” to a bigger boat that would be more comfortable for a family of 5. Later we learned that the remaining center console boats were not operational.
The “upgraded boat” appeared to fine, so we loaded up and headed out of the marina only to find that when we reached the open river (which if you have been in this intent is a long jaunt), the engine on our boat was malfunctioning and a full open throttle gave us a na
Max speed of about 12-15 mph.
We weighed our options at that point, so do we turn back and miss meeting up with our friends, or pivot and meet them at a closer distance. We decided to keep the boat and meet our friends since that’s what we set out to do that day.
Based on how slow our boat went, it took about an hour to cross the river to Dragon point and up to the Pineda. About a 5 mile journey. So that meant 2 hours of travel time and 2 hours of hanging out time. We accepted this and agreed to address it when we returned.
Upon return, we decided to just mention to them that there is an issue w the engine so they could fix it for the next customers. However, after receiving a 60 dollar bill for fuel, I was pretty pissed. Of course we burned thru fuel when the boat would only operate in a wide option condition. I requested a refund and received a phone call from a kid who wanted to argue that their engines are perfect and I don’t know what I’m talking about. “150hp engines on a 20’ boat have a max speed of 20/25”. I also mentioned that the same model boat which got rented in front of us had a bigger motor and maybe this one shouldn’t have been swapped to a 150.
At that point I just hung up and accepted that we spend 460 on a 4 hour putt.
Later I did receive a refund for fuel so at least there is that. But never again will I use this company or refer them. The boats are not well maintained, they know it, and it’s very pricey.
Picture 2 is throttle while open, how we had to operate this boat to get it to go anywhere. The MPH gage was actually functional, we check this against our garmen.
Moral: don’t take the “upgraded boat” :-D

It honestly came as a shock to read this review after nearly four months, especially since our team worked with you at the time and refunded your fuel as a courtesy.

My wife and I were visiting the area and looking for a new adventure to enjoy with my son and his friends who live in the area. A perfect choice! The kindness and flexibility shown by Steve made the decision an easy one. The boat rental ran extremely well, and they had a fantastic application for my phone that made the directions simple to follow and locations easy to find on the water. Well, I wanted a 19ft but they only had 21ft. So they gave me the 21ft for same price. Thought that was good deal I thought. Buttt. Started out fine with wife and daughter doing a little fishing for first hour. We then rode to Icabods for lunch. On our way back north to facility the engine had issues and would not go past 10pm. It took us about 55 minutes to get back and ended our 4 hour rental actually 15 minutes earlier. I called them on the boat to let them know I had engine issues. they said to make sure bubble was full which it was. When I got back to marina they said they would check it out. Later that day they said engine checked out fine. I was not there but had to believe them. I said I should get a credit for ruining our day. He said he gave me a discount on the larger boat, but if boat does not operate correctly not worth a discount. When I got off the boat the needle to the tank gauge was almost exactly the same from when I left at full. He said the best he could do was not charge me gas which he said was $63. I basically rode down to Melbourne marina and came back. That is impossible to use that much gas. But that was all they would offer. I fished an hour then ate an hour, rode to marina and back. Not sure how you can trust them. Only way is to see that the gas is filled to top and watch them refill. Definitely was not worth $335 for all the aggravation. I would have been thrilled with a 19ft WORKING boat vs a 21ft boat for same price that did not run.
We did our best to accommodate you with a last-minute upgrade to a larger boat at the smaller boat rate. The boat was later inspected by our mechanic and found to be in perfect working order, and we even waived your $63 fuel charge on top of the discount.
We work hard to give every guest the best possible experience, but we also have to be fair — we can’t give away free rentals when there’s nothing wrong with the boat. We go above and beyond for most of our customers, but unfortunately, we can’t please everyone.
