Called Covenant due to a softener problem. Amanda was great to talk to and get things set up. The tech, Cameron, and his apprentice, Quentin showed up right on schedule.
I described what was going on and Cameron verified things. We both agreed that a new softener was the best solution and Cameron put in the order at the warehouse.
They had the softener in stock and the guys were back in no time to remove the old one and install the new one. They did a great job and we had a very pleasant conversation. They left the jobsite cleaner than they found it and finished the job in 2 hours from the time they first showed up til they pulled out of the drive to head back to the shop.
Thank you to everyone involved for being so quick and responsive.

Small fireplace gas leak repaired. Contacted via website on Friday. Loved how that worked. Work completed on Monday. The guy who did the repair - friendly, easy to work with and did professional quality work.

Tried getting scheduled for a big project after receiving an estimate. I understand vacations happen and busy days happen . But I feel around all that I kept getting the run around. All I wanted was to get this project scheduled. I deserved better. And really don't know what caused them to avoid the project 🤷♀️.
Great service - took care of problem very efficiently and even fixed something else for us that we added in after the first task was completed. We will definitely use Covenant again and highly recommend them.
