I recently had Windows of Wisconsin install new replacement widows and patio door. I am pleased with my Infinity Marvin windows and door. They are beautiful, with an excellent warranty, and matched my stain color perfectly. Thom Kohlbeck is a great salesman. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and not high pressure. The install crew was efficient and careful with my home and landscape areas near windows. Dustin took extra care with a window grid that needed to be re- measured, cut and installed in a second level window. I can highly recommend Windows of Wisconsin for you next window project.

WOW was truly wow! experience. From the first meeting in their showroom to finding the right brand and style for us, to the home measurements and installment, to inspection after complete. All very professional and quality service. It took three days to complete our install and each night they left all was cleaned up and out of our way. Thank you salesman Patrick as he did a wonderful job explaining the process of windows replacement, showing the many options, and helping me make choices that complemented my home. Thank you to the installation crew who were timely, courteous, and worked quickly and neatly to install the windows. The windows were put in in early February, so their quick work kept the furnace from running overtime and me from freezing. When I called a few months after, because of an issue with one of the window a tech came out the next day. He made a simple adjustment and the issue was quickly fixed. We had 10 original windows replaced in our 58 yo home. We chose Windows of Wisconsin not solely on price but for the excellent reviews for the product and the people. We chose the Marvin Infinity windows for this project and so happy that we did, they look amazing! From the first contact to the final walk through, everything and everyone was FABULOUS. Definitely worth every penny to never have to mess with the old windows in the future. We had a great overall experience with Windows of Wisconsin. We were looking to replace the existing windows in our home with higher quality and more energy efficient ones. We met with four or five different window companies to evaluate everything from quality to price to features to energy efficiency and ended up selecting Marvin windows from Windows of Wisconsin. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive. The sales process wasn’t overly pushy or high pressure, which we appreciated. We’re very happy with our choice. The windows look and perform great and are so much easier to clean. We would definitely recommend them if you’re considering new windows.

The Team worked as a unit to get the job done. Trey has been the main person to install and his attention to detail is top notch! Windows of Wisconsin installed Marvin Infinity replacement windows in our home about 10 months ago, and they have been a significant improvement over the inexpensive windows previously installed. Choosing Windows of Wisconsin was an easy decision. Marshall and the sales process were fantastic. He was honest with his assessment of the current condition of our windows and did not take part in high pressure sales tactics like other big-name organizations we quoted. They worked with us on style and design. Additionally, we had to replace all interior jams/trim around the windows, which they color-matched perfectly, and made the new windows look great. The team demonstrated great integrity throughout the final inspection process, calling out a couple of items they needed to come back and fix. Although it took some time after the job to complete the follow-up work, all pending fixes were very minor, and we are satisfied with the work they did. We recommend them and the Marvin Infinity product to anyone looking for window replacements.

After a lot of research and comparing other products, we made the right decision by choosing Windows of Wisconsin. The sales rep, thom Kohlbeck, was very good at explaining the workmanship of the windows and the installation process. We wanted some tinted windows and he was able to get us some samples the next day after our appointment. The installation crew, Dustin, Leonard and Jonah were very good also. They were very respectful of our personal space throughout the installation and cleaned up at the end of the work day. They were very quiet and worked well together. We were very impressed at the detail in taking out the old and putting in the new windows. I would refer Windows of Wisconsin to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Salesman was easy to talk to. Office staff was great with communication throughout the project. Installer did their job perfectly and left almost no trace they were there. Extra credit for the final walk through with the saleman again, who spotted a few very minor issues that I likely never would have noticed. All of which were resolved quickly and easily. I don't expect to need windows again in this house in the near future, but if the need arises, I'll start with Windows of Wisconsin.
