One phone call. Super easy to deal with. Dropped off dumpster, we filled it, they picked up when they said, easy communication. The dumpster and truck that picked it up were brand new and great condition. Driver was friendly and put it right where we wanted it!

Terrible customer service. Received a call from a guy named Ed. He gave me pricing on his smallest dumpster size. Hung up on me mid way through the call when I said, "I may look around for other options". Do yourself a favor and call Disposal-Right Dumpsters. Great conversation over the phone and walked me through my options
Edit: After posting this review, the owner began aggressively calling and texting my personal cell phone to interrogate me. He went so far as to falsely accuse me of working for a competitor just because I mentioned having a better experience elsewhere. I have zero ties to any other trash company—I am just a local customer who had a bad experience.
The harassment was bad enough that I had to block his number completely to make it stop. I have uploaded the screenshots of his text messages so everyone can see exactly how this business treats people behind the scenes.
I also noticed the owner completely changed his public response to my review once he realized I actually had proof of our call. He went from claiming he had "no record" of the incident to making up an excuse that the call just dropped. Looking through their other reviews, getting rudely hung up on is a common pattern for this business. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.
I blurred out the number from the screenshots for Google’s privacy violation purposes. I don’t want them to have the ability to report and take this down.
