Really impressed with Zone Control. They were quick, very professional and made the experience of replacing my hvac much less stressful. I needed a specific kind of heat pump for my older condo. Our outdoor heat pump unit was frozen a few weeks ago. Our neighbor referred us to Zone Control. We called them during after hours but since we were still getting heat inside the house it wasn’t considered an emergency. However, Sandra was very prompt in calling us back early the next morning to schedule a tech to come out. Since our unit was completely frozen both inside and out we had to take time to thaw the ice out. Ronan and Hector diagnosed a bad defrost board and capacitor. They gave us estimates and came promptly to do repairs once the parts were available. Overall we were very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC care.

I had been dealing with an issue with my 4-year-old furnace for the past two years. Whenever the outside temperature dropped below 35°F, the system would shut down the thermostat and fail to restart. I had two different companies come to diagnose the problem, and while both suggested costly repairs, none of their fixes actually resolved the issue.
Finally, I reached out to Zone Control, and technician Ronan Queiroz arrived promptly. After explaining the issue to him, he immediately began diagnosing the root cause. Unlike the previous technicians who simply replaced parts without addressing the underlying problem, Ronan took the time to thoroughly analyze the situation. He determined that the system's intake was too small to properly cool it down, which was causing the shutdowns. His solution was to install an additional intake, and ever since, the furnace has been running smoothly for the past two weeks.
I’m incredibly relieved to have this issue finally resolved and highly recommend Zone Control—especially Ronan. His expertise and attention to detail truly set him apart; he’s the 'neurosurgeon of HVAC'!

Our AC failed late one night on one of the hottest days of the summer and Zone Control was able come out that same evening. Their technician was a true gentleman who took care of the initial problem so we could have AC that same night, but had to come back the next day to complete the needed repairs. The cost was very reasonable and the service was exemplary. We will call them in the future for all our AC/Heating needs.

We had an HVAC situation and I worked with multiple different companies after one recommended a new system. Zone Control stood out to be as the best choice. We ended up getting a sophisticated, communicating, HVAC system installed at a good price.
It's been a couple months now and not only has their solution provided us great comfort, our electric usage is almost 1/3 of what it was using our previous outdated/misconfigured HVAC system.
