Quality and service Horrible delivery time. Sweaters were actually smocks. Garbage. Blouses were cheaply made. Don't waste your money. Products not as pictured. Over a month for delivery to arrive. Way over priced. Company should be ashamed of trying to sell this stuff.

BEWARE ZOLUCKY Zolucky has great photographers BUT what you see and what you get are two entirely different images. The colors of the designs are subdued in the picture but when you receive the products the print is so bold it looks cheap and so is the fabric. Zolucky claims their products may be returned with credit to your payment within 2-3 days. You have to remind them there has been no refund. The refund has hidden costs such as two shipping costs, you know about one but they charge you the original shipping cost of $16.95 that was no charge to you when you purchased over a certain amount. I received only $65.79 vs the original billing amount of 90.77. This is a company with an an address in the US where products are shipped from China to warehouse processing center. You product is returned to a US address but some how filters back to China. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are deceiving with their sales and their return procedure. I have written several reviews about Zolucky. About 3 months ago they told me they would refund me $16.99 because I was charge twice once to receive 3 dresses and once to return the dresses I was displeased with the fabric and bolder color than shown in their picture. Below I was told by them they would charge me $7.99 to return the items. For all the nonsense they have politely given me in emails I have not seen one dime. Please avoid doing business with this company. Read some of their reviews. I'm sorry I did not. Do not believe their warranty or their polite emails they will send you. Below look at option #2 where it tells you they will charge you $7.99 for returns. I was charge $16.99.

Regarding the return and refund process, Our policy is to refund after we receive the returned item (usually within 3-5 business days). If you use our return label to return an item, our system will automatically refund you within 3-5 business days after the package is returned, so you don't need to remind us to refund you. It takes time to put the information into the system after the package arrives at the warehouse, so there may be cases where the tracking was delivered but our system has not yet recorded it. We regret that this timeline was not met in your case.

Regarding the original shipping cost, we understand your concern. The shipping cost depends on the destination and the weight of the package, we now provide free shipping when the order amount reaches $99 after the discount. Upon checking, the amount of your order has not reached the free shipping threshold yet, your order original shipping fee is 16.99$. According to our return policy, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated at the time of your purchase.

Regarding returns, we have return warehouses located in the United States, your items were returned to our United States warehouse, they won't be returned to China. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, currently the return shipping of each return parcel is 7.99$, it has been deducted from your refund. We have indicated the return shipping fee before you return the items.

Wish I had investigated feedback "off site" first.Mixed in with verified purchases are verified website visitors?quality is awful…nothing like the beautiful expertly photoshopped pictures. Was expecting a product similar to Royaura! The prints look dull, muted, and product is inexpertly constructed. Don't do it!

I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied... I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.

I will never shop at Zolucky.com again! I purchased a number of dresses and blouses. They looked great in the photos but most of the clothing was made of cheap fabric, had poor seams, or did not fit well.

Wasted My Money... At first I thought the clothing (which is mostly what I bought) was so nice looking online and so reasonably priced. That should have been my "red flag", the prices. The quality was poor and the sizing was way off even though there is a wide range of sizes. About a third of the tops fit. And the quality is so bad that I will wear them as pajama tops. I didn't return anything because they make returns very difficult requiring photos and long descriptions of the problem, even if it it's just the wrong size. I was also afraid of the return shipping costs since I had to pay almost $38.00 for the original shipping! I also bought a pair of rhinestone earrings which had a missing rhinestone on one piece and a purse that had permanent indentations and a pinhole in it. All I can say is that it is mass produced, cheap crap. Learn a lesson from my loss...

Order delay I placed this order on January 18th and every week I get a notice telling me that the item delivery has been delayed. The shirt I ordered at the same time came weeks ago. I don't understand what the problem is. When I click on the delay link for an update I don't get information, just a summary of my order with the option to buy again. There are way too many options out there these days to put up with this kind of service. Once I actually receive the shoes I am not certain that I will use you again.

BIGGEST RIP OFF IN ONLINE ORDERING DO NOT BUY FROM ZOLUCKY! Cheaply made unacceptable merchandise. "Free shipping" to order turns into a $38+ when you try to return Zolucky's crap merchandise. Zolucky "settles" Your return by offering you a %50% discount if you keep their junk. Cheaper to settle for 50% discount & try to give away the products as gifts. Problem is...nobody wants the trash.

Return information I advised Zolucky that I was going to return items that were too large. The shipment receipt advised that I would receive an email in 48 hours if an authorized return address. That was 2 weeks ago & still have not received it!

Site very slow and bulky OK. Just find the site very slow and too many repeat items. I totally despise the stupid iron on printing. I bought before and hoped you had dispensed with this awful "decoration". Probably much more mindful before shopping again
