The Zombies game was great fun overall. However, the headset audio quality was very poor, with worked intermittently. Because of this, we could barely hear each other and ended up having to shout through the noise-cancelling headphones, which took away from the experience.
Another disappointment was that our group of five was split up during the game, with one of us placed with two strangers while the other four completed the tasks together. This wasn't explained to us beforehand, so it came as a surprise and left one member of our group feeling isolated. Had we known in advance that our group would be separated, we probably would have made a different booking decision, or two of us would have joined the strangers.
Overall, it was a fun idea, but the technical issues and unexpected group split significantly impacted our enjoyment.
We had brilliant experiences here for my kid's birthday party and a separate team play, but what absolutely stands out with these guys is the phenomenonal customer service. Starting on the phone, I could nearly not get them off the phone as they were giving me so much information. On site they were equally informative and chatty, and the person running the party was super chilled, customised whatever the kids wanted and kept an eye out to make sure they were ok. During a separate family team experience, my son got upset as he didn't understand what to do. The person in charge went out of his way to comfort him, sat him down and gave him water and sweets. Can't say enough good things about this place. Oh, and the toilet was spotless aswell 😊
We experienced zero latency vr at the smithfield event. The Indian guy running the event was amazing, very professional, calm and organised. The two girls attending to the children were very engaged with the kids made it extra fun! We had a long wait,but it was worth the wait, it was the highlight of the kids day. We will definitely book this again in the future for birthday parties! Thank you
Cannot recommend Zero Latency enough! My son had the best birthday party. The entire process from booking with Ameya, to the actual day with Niamh was completely brilliant. Everyone was so helpful, quick to reply, great with the kids and generally awesome company. Food was prepped and ready and everything went without a hitch! A fantastic team!
Firstly I had booked the wrong date and turned up a week early!! But the staff at the desk were so accommodating and said if we came back in 2 hours they’d fit our group of 7 in, their were just so nice about it. The lady who took our group was also great she explained everything so well and even took photos for us. The experience is worth every penny, the game was unbelievable and he truly takes you to another dimension when you put the headset on. We had adults teenagers and kids and everyone loved it we will 100% go back.
