Zensation is my absolute favourite place to treat myself!. I usually book Momo when she is available for classic or therapeutic massages as she is an incredible massage therapist and such a pleasant and lovely person too. She seems to know exactly what my body needs, even before I do! Every session is tailored to how I'm feeling that day, and she always adapts her technique to address whatever areas need the most attention. Her intuition, skill, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. I always leave feeling great, relaxed, and balanced. The experience at Zensation is great overall as everyone always makes you feel welcome, and the venue is designed in a way that is so relaxing, full of positive vibes and calm atmpsphere! Highly recommended!

An absolutely amazing massage experience! Sofia and Ni Luh were incredible and truly knew exactly what they were doing. They were so attentive, constantly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and that the pressure was just right. Even the small details, like the use of warm towels, made a huge difference. A huge thank you to both of them for an outstanding experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Great spa with a beautiful atmosphere. Therapis Vittorio is really good and attentative. It would be nice if it was possible to use shower in the same room where was the massage. I understand about next customers booking, but it's it a little bit weird to go to dedicated shower when there is a shower in all rooms.

Just to clarify, the showers are only available in half of our rooms for treatments which have body scrubs, which is why we have a dedicated shower area for massage clients. We hope this makes sense and we look forward to welcoming you back soon! 🌿

What a gift! I had a massage with Vittorio today and it was truly one of the best massages I have ever received. As someone who carries a lot of tension and has struggled with chronic pain, I immediately noticed his skill, intuition, and attention to detail. He created such a calm, welcoming atmosphere and seemed to know exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and with significantly less pain and tension than when I arrived. One of the best spa and massage experiences I’ve had in years. From the warm hospitality and attentiveness of the entire staff to the treatment itself, everything was exceptional. The massage was highly personalised, professional, and perfectly tailored to my needs. The relaxation area was wonderful, providing the perfect atmosphere to unwind, and the delicious cake baked by the receptionist was a delightful touch.
