We had Zenith install a new furnace + AC several years ago after getting quotes from a number of companies. Not only was their price more affordable, there were no high pressure sales tactics and hidden costs. Their honesty and transparency set them well above our other options. Since that time, Zenith has returned for yearly maintenance appointments and each time, they have been thorough and clear about any operational concerns and have the metrics to support their assessment. This year, they even helped us sign up for a governement rebate to have our AC serviced. We highly recommend Zenith!

Matt has been servicing our furnace and A/C ( now a heat pump) for over 10 yrs. He gives you advice and explain things clearly. We had a furnace hose that was plugged (didn't know that was a thing) and leaking water everywhere. Was an evening, called him, sent a video and he explained over the phone what to do. No charge. We have recommended him to other friends. Highly recommend.

Had issues with my AC. The AC was running constantly but never getting my house cool as in the past. Would never reach the temperature I chose, so I just assumed it needed a shot of freon or whatever considering the unit is 20 years old. Matt comes over, check's the unit, check's the furnace and says your AC is working perfectly. Your problem is humidity. Got the humidity out and everything is back to normal. By the way, Matt came the same day, 9:00 in the evening and said "no charge". For any HVAC issues, I'll only call Matt. Thanks again.

I recently had an Amana heat pump system with backup gas furnace and Rheem heat pump water heater with electric backup installed by Matt and his team of professionals. They installed these vital systems in one day and explained how they work along with tips on how to be more efficient. The heat pumps have been great, where I only needed to use the gas backup during the coldest weeks of winter. I have a young family that has a constant need for hot water. The heat pump water heater system has worked great, even in energy saver mode. This positive experience has me interested in further increasing my energy efficiency for my home, hopefully with solar panels in the future. Thanks Matt!

Our Furnace stopped last night (Jan 08, 2025) around 1800 hrs. I called Zenith and Matt, the senior Tech Manager, showed up about an hour later. He quickly identified and fixed the problem, which was a clogged drain. He also took quite a bit of time to explain how furnaces operate and to educate us on how to run our furnace more efficiently (stop closing vents to force air to go to other rooms). The fee was more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Zenith Eco Energy to anyone, who needs furnace repair, or needs a new furnace.

Excellent experience with Zenith Eco. They had competitive itemized quote. (with optional suggestion for optimal performance of HVAC system) Installation was super easy. Arrived on scheduled time. Matt is very professional and answered all questions. Couple of days after, noticed minor issue with ductwork and it was addressed very promptly the next day.

2018 Excellent fast service. I had caused myself an issue by blowing a fuse while trying to install a new NEST thermostat. Matt arrived within a few hours of my call and repaired the issue quickly. He also took the time to reinstall the plate to hold the thermostat on the wall (which I had neglected to install). Will definitely use them in the future . July 2024 AC stopped working and I called and they arrived increadibly quickly (30 minutes). Cleaned the unit and fixed the Capacitor. I would give 6 stars if I could. Note I had them replace the furnace and AC unit in 2020 and have been super impressed with the performance of the both the heating and AC. They right sized the equiment to the home and all has been working great.
