I highly recommend Zen appraisals. I used them for a divorce appraisal. I have never had to do stuff like this before and was understandably nervous. They talked me through the whole process and stating constant communication about what they were doing and had the report ready way faster than I thought. My experience dealing with Zen Appraisals was extremely pleasant and professional. We had a small plot of land we wanted to get appraised and were not sure if Zen would even consider doing it (given the amount of reviews mentioning large homes).
