**************** is ridiculous. I tried using the chat service for issues I was having, was told someone would be reaching out as I did not receive services I paid for. I waited a week, no email or call. I tried calling myself then to rude customer service over the phone who had me repeating myself since she couldn't understand what I was saying. Asked if I could speak to someone else or email so I could have a formal response and was told no that was it.
