The engineer who came out was excellent (unfortunately I didn't catch his name). Professional and friendlyhe had the machine repaired within 30 mins. Cost was reasonable and in line with what was quoted when the visit was booked.

Very pleased with the quality of service. Emailed in my problem washing machine, Monday notified that an engineer will be coming next day, Tuesday, with a specific time slot. Engineer notified me Tuesday morning he was on his way. He arrived within the time slot, very professional in his works uniform so I knew who . he was. Van parked following instructions on a difficult site. Premises on a T junction and traffic lights so parking difficult. Once the problems explained he set about sorting it out. Within 40 min all sorted. Washing machine ready to go. Well done, quick, efficient, courteous service. Thank you

Gareth was totally understanding and managed to find a slot to get out to it and fix the problem today (which I was not expecting).
