The service was ok but I ordered veggie omelet homefries toast the omelet tasted horrible and weird made me feel sick and the utensils looked dirty with white spots all over them. The only thing that tasted ok was the homefries, toast and hot chocolate. I will never be going back there again.
Every time I’m back in NYC visiting, Zaza is one of my absolute go-to spots. Hands down my favorite diner in the city. It’s the kind of place that feels familiar the moment you walk in.
The breakfast is unbeatable — the thick, rich challah French toast is easily the best I’ve had anywhere. Perfectly cooked, fluffy inside, and full of flavor. But it’s not just breakfast — I’ve had lunch and dinner here too, and the food is consistently excellent across the board. You really can’t go wrong no matter what time of day you stop in.
The service is always warm and attentive without being over the top. The staff makes you feel welcome and taken care of every time.
If you’re in Greenwich and want reliable, delicious comfort food, this is the spot. 10/10 — already looking forward to my next visit.
Wir wollten vor unserem Heimflug nach Deutschland noch etwas frühstücken und dieses Restaurant lag in der Nähe unseres Hotels. Wir hatten unser ganzes Gepäck dabei und durften es freundlicherweise in eine Ecke stellen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen lecker! Die Portionen waren für die Preise gerecht. Ich werde wieder kommen wenn ich in New York bin. Klare Empfehlung!
Nach unserem ersten Frühstück im ZAZA waren wir sofort begeistert – und kamen gleich mehrmals wieder. Die Karte ist vielfältig, dazu gibt es immer auch saisonale Spezialitäten. Besonders überzeugt haben uns die Qualität der Speisen und die frischen, liebevoll angerichteten Salatbeilagen.
