Zap heating and cooling are our go to when we have heating and air issues . We bought our home 2 years ago this June and the came out twice to fix the unit that was already here . They did a wonderful job then . But after this last call out We made the wise decision with the Zap staff to replace the old 19 yr old unit for a new more efficient system. Everyone has been wonderful.
Today 2/26/24 as scheduled John , Mike , and Caleb did a FANTASTIC JOB, removing our old package unit and installing our New Package unit. They were prompt , knowledgeable, courteous, answered all our questions.They did a great job of cleaning up the area and the new unit is working perfectly.
From start to finish from the office staff to the technician and the installers are all wonderful. I highly recommend Zap
Fast forward to today, March 23, 2026 Tucker and Larry came out today to do our six-month maintenance or part of the MVP service that they have through that heating and cooling as always. Tucker was very thorough walked us through every step of all the checks and check ups that he did for our entire heating and air-conditioning unit Tucker and Larry did an excellent job. They were polite on time knowledgeable and did an extremely great job I highly recommend them and Zap heating and cooling.

ZAP is absolutely wonderful. Clear communication, helpful every step of the way, prompt, and willing to do what needs to be done in a professional and friendly manner. Every person that has come to my house has been wonderful and efficient. They took time to explain anything I had questions about. I can not remember all of their names but they were all fantastic! I definitely recommend this company.

I ended up needing an entire new system.
Im a senior widow on a fixed budget, so you can imagine the stress of hearing this news. The kindness and understanding they showed me throughout the entire process made me feel like I wasn't alone and that they truly cared.
After all is said and done, I'm extremely pleased with the work and will be thankful, especially in the middle of the summer when I have AC again.
I will highly recommend them to anyone I encounter needing this service.
